It's a short drive south to world-famous Duval Street in Key West, or head just a bit further south to find Key West's beaches. The home is a tropical oasis featuring a lime green exterior and an interior that's bright and spacious. There's a 27-inch DVD and cable-equipped high-definition TV in the living area and plenty of comfy seating. Modern appliances in the well-equipped kitchen will make it easy to quickly cook your catch of the day. Visited Key West for a guys trip with my 2 childhood friends. We typically stay at a hotel sharing a room taking turns on the sofa bed. But this trip, my wife took over the planning and I am sure glad she did! For the same cost of one hotel room, we each had our own room and bathroom. Having a kitchen saved $ as we could cook some meals and the washer & dryer allowed us to pack light. Everything was clean, in working order and the pool made for lounging during those 100 degree weather days. Justin checked in before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was great which it was and while we did not need to contact him, knowing they were available gave us peace of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip who may not realize there are alternatives to hotels.

Location of house not in town actually a plus so different parts of keys accessed more easily. House is comfortable and support staff managed a few minor lighting details apparent on our arrival.

The condo was neat, clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. However the bathroom for the downstairs bedroom had mildew in the shower and a tile came loose at the bottom. Also the toilet was loose from the floor. The ceiling fan in the bedroom also stopped working the second night. Overall it was a pleasant stay with just these few exceptions.

The management answered right away when the code didn’t work to get into the house and it was resolved immediately. The pool area was great! It was pretty quiet aside from the roosters, but that comes with the territory. We had all the things we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The patio was perfect to sit on for morning coffee and evening hanging out.
Negatives:
We noticed upon arrival that the bed frame in the master was coming apart and broken. The light switches in the master didn’t run anything and we could not turn off the ceiling fan - just the light with the pull cord. The outlet didn’t work in the guest room downstairs next to the bed. The TV reposted did not work in the master bedroom, and the TV was stuck in a language we didn’t know.

We enjoyed the house during our stay! Parking was right out front of the house. The heated pool was amazing and quiet. We also really loved watching the roasters and hens around the neighborhood! That was definitely interesting to watch. No complaints here. We’ll be back next year!!

Appliances poor, oven door broken, tiles falling out in shower, floor seems warped/ damaged in first floor Bathroom. Refrigerator leaks. Not much in the way of cups/cooking utensils. Burner out on cook top. All of these issues have been mentioned in previous reviews. I called for maintenance and never received a return call. Will not stay here again. Not what I am used to when staying at Coral Hammock. This is my 5-6 stay in complex. First time I have had issues

Lovely house perfect for a family of 6 with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean and it was well equipped. Our only disappointment was no barbecue. That is a must on a vacation

Comfortable Location
The house is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location, secured community with a very nice pool. The kitchen could use some stocking as the cookware selection is minimal and the China is unnecessary. We've stayed in this home a few times now and has become our go to for family vacations.

Clean and easy check in process! Only thing missing was more cooking utensils and a grill but overall good place!

Clean and spacious
We have stayed at this complex multiple times, but this was our first time in this particular unit. It was very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels were provided, as well as oversized beach towels, which was appreciated. In terms of location, I prefer to stay in a unit facing the pool. This one faced the road, which wasn't a surprise (accurately described/pictured). With our last minute booking, we were happy to have found this available. Vacasa manages the unit and their customer service was great.
