The Space: This condo has a spacious floor plan, master bedroom with in suite bath, private balcony with east-facing pool views and free off-street parking. Sleeping up to 6, this beach-themed condo featured a king bed, a queen bed and a fold out sofa in the living room. All of your cooking essentials are provided in the kitchen, along with ample countertop space and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. There is central AC at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. Shared Community Features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared washer and dryer, shared pool, tennis courts, sunbathing decks with lounge chairs and coin laundry on the ground floor The Neighborhood: Centrally located and secluded on lush, private grounds, our property is the ideal destination for anyone seeking relaxation and comfort. This tranquil getaway is set in a tropical paradise in the heart of Key West, just one mile from the beach, steps away from some of the best biking and walking trails and only a 5 minute drive to the best attractions and famous bars including Duval Street's vibrant nightlife, restaurant's and galleries. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square. Getting Around: One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything, this small little 2x4 island offers a variety of ways to get to and from your destination! Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset, by renting from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off of bike services! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart! In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport. There is 1 parking spot available per apartment. However, the spots are not marked. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis so we can not guarantee close proximity to your unit. A second parking spot is a possibility and based off of parking lot vacancy. Should you see an additional spot, you may park free of charge. Other Things to Note: Free parking for 1 vehicle included with your stay This unit is located close to the airport. Private washer and dryer in unit This unit is pet friendly! Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$15/night per pet •2 pet maximum Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.

The condo was perfect for our visit. Beds were very comfortable, condo was clean and the layout was great. One of the best surprises was that the unit had a few dishwasher packs, small bottle of dish washing liquid soap, sponge, load of laundry detergent, a few K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for your use in the condo. That is huge in my book because I didn't have to run over to the grocery store. Maybe I haven't stayed in a condo in a while but I really appreciated this!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including a Keurig and a 8 cup drip coffee maker. Our room overlooked the pool and was easily accessible from the elevator. We used Uber/Lyft to travel downtown and it ran $23-25 each way. If we ever travel to Key West again, I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the unit. The management team was easily reachable. Condo information was emailed to me before we arrived, door code for entrance was smooth and check out was sooooooo easy!

This unit met all our needs, yes it needs updating but everything was clean and neat. The pool was very nice, and being next to the airport wasn't a problem at all. One thing is the refrigerator is whobbly probably just an adjustment.

This was a very nice stay- the little store had everything needed, nice pool, condo was very nice and clean- worth the money. The only thing that sjould change is the check in and out times. Not checking in until 4 is kind of a waste of first day, but this seems normal everywhere now, checking out at 10 seems early- but understand they need time to get ready for next visitors. Would highly recommend this spot and will more than likely stay again but longer next time.

Location was good. We thought we were getting a unit that over the lagoon, instead we were overlooking the pool. We also thought we were getting a unit with one king and one queen, instead we got one king and one double.
