This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet super close to downtown Key West. The pool was amazing, it felt like bathwater and was wonderful! The house met all our needs.

The house was clean and accurate based on the description. It was a perfect setup for our family of 5. Judy was easy to work with and a pleasure. The clubhouse and pool were nice. The fitness room was on the small side but it was fine. It was walking distance to a couple of restaurants, brewery and gym. We found pickelball at higgs beach about a 15 minute drive, 5 miles. To get to downtown in the keys was also about a 15 minutes drive which was fine. We rented a golf cart which made the trip to the key west even more fun. We would stay here again next time we come back. Thank you!

My mother, cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, stocked with everything and the owner was incredibly accommodating. There is only one thing we wished for and that was a 2nd pool lock/key, just a minimal thing really. So many options of where to sit outside at night to relax and enjoy the Keys! Would definitely want to stay here again.

Everything was great, the house was very nice and in a gated community. The pool was not heated so we did not use as much as we normally would. Overall probably the best stay I have ever had at VRBO!

Property was excellent. Check in was the easiest weve experienced yet. Owner was fantastic in providing us all the information we needed. The property was nicely stocked in terms of everything you need from pool towels to kitchen cookware. Thank you for everything and a perfect stay!!

Aside from being a clean, comfortable place to stay with your family, I was most impressed with the tiny details that made our stay a true "home away from home"! It's more than apparent that the host really put a lot of effort into providing everything that you could need or possibly forgot to bring, making it beyond convenient to enjoy yourself. From the condiments, shampoo, beach bags, first aid kit, aluminum foil, needle and thread kit and even board games for old school entertainment, they really covered it all! As a mom traveling with teenagers, I am known to pack my entire house on trips. This is the first time I really didn't need to do that and it was comforting to know that someone put in the effort necessary to make things easier!

We stayed with 8 in total for my sisters wedding. The property was perfect! Everything we needed and Judy was an outstanding host! Wry clean and the porches were perfect and shady ..We recommend stating here as we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Key West!! Was a perfect place also for us ladies to get ready for the wedding ❤️

My daughter was having her wedding at the Southernmost Beach Resort and we needed to find housing for our guest. The house was immaculate! Judy thought of everything to make the stay unbelievable. The pool was perfect. We would stay here again on our next visit, which is next month.

This was such a nice place. Very clean and had everything we needed (even box fans in the bedrooms for white noise!!). The pool was nice and conveniently right out back. The neighborhood was gated and quiet. We enjoyed evenings outside on the porch. We were able to Uber or use our rented golf cart easily anywhere we wanted to go downtown/Duval Street. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

The process to rent was easy and the owner was quite patient with my novice use of the process. The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed! Didn’t use the pool but heard kids having a blast! Felt very secure in the gated community. It was close to restaurants and an easy drive to Key West!

This place feels much more like a home than a rental! The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfy, the air conditioning is very good, and there are three porches/balconies. What a great, safe, secure place to relax and have a home base! We had everything we needed and everything felt very modern and clean. Definitely would return, just for longer!!!

We visited with our 2 adult daughter's, their spouses, 2 babies, and a foreign exchange student. We rented an SUV so driving the short distance to Duval St. was very easy and visiting all the restaurants that were just a short drive away was convenient. The pool is right next to the house with a shaded deck in the back and a sunny deck in the front. The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time and would rent from Judy again without hesitation.

We all came into town for our daughters wedding at Smathers beach. We rented Judy’s house for us and our family to stay at. Location was perfect to everything, Judy was very quick to respond to anything we needed and was very friendly. Pool was great, friendly people to chat with! Homeowner was amazing to work with! Communications were great. The home is beautiful and clean, and amenities were perfect, including the luxurious community pool.
