The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for 3 couples. We enjoyed the new outdoor furniture on large covered balcony overlooking the water. The pool was nice and usually no one else was there. The gated community and covered parking were a plus. One couple from our group enjoyed yellowfin grill next door. We ventured into town most days but one night we ordered from Roostica and were all happy. Only negative - Would suggest new blinds in master and hot water was tricky

What an amazing place to stay, perfect location. The only thing I would say is that the blind in the master bedroom needs replacing, as there are panels missing from it and the sunshines brightly through the missing panel spread

This was the perfect place for us to stay! It was beautiful with amazing amenities and views and a cheap uber ride to duval. Very clean and the host was so responsive and accommodating with our late checkout. I highly recommend!

None of the beds were ready when arrived. There was no fitted sheet on the master bed, in fact there was a washer and dryer full of wet sheets/towels/quilts when we arrived. Just what I want to do on vacation-someone else’s laundry. I had to wait for the fitted sheet to be dried before going to bed after a long travel day. There were no quilts on the other two bedroom beds. Those were also in the wash. Parking is also an issue. The owner has their own vehicle parked in the unit’s only parking spot, so if you rent a car you have to walk about 2 blocks to your car-very inconvenient. Not enough hot water to get through an entire shower. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom kept falling down, some are missing. The pool area is nice and we always had chairs and plenty of privacy there as there was hardly anyone there when we were there. The condo is very close to the airport, so you will hear a lot of airplanes during the day. The location is great, a short drive to everything in Key West.
