After a full day enjoying one of these venues, you will thoroughly relax and enjoy the respite of this comfortable and stylish townhome. Want a day to just relax at home? Take a leisurely morning stroll around the property, enjoy a quick lunch, and spend the afternoon watching TV, reading on the patio, or taking a quick nap. Our townhome has been completely remodeled and updated with the floor plan opened up, the ceilings raised, and skylights added throughout. The bright and open floor plan opens up to both an intimate front patio, and a spacious secluded back yard with lots of seating, night lighting, and landscaping. Enjoy premium finishes such as travertine floors and brand new wood tile floor throughout with no carpet. Premium cabinets with granite countertops rounds out the kitchen. NEW furniture, fixtures - furnished with 2 brand new king size beds, bedding, couches, dining set, bar stools, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, plus numerous decorator touches. As you step through the double carved wood entry doors, you will notice the expansive entry with custom tile and travertine, accent lighting, and large open ceiling. The living room features an entertainment friendly layout with a full size L shaped Thomasville sofa and a separate reading area. Corner desk and Thomasville chair for remote office work or tasks. Enjoy the 48” flat screen TV, mounted above the classic wood burning fireplace. The available Wi-Fi network will help you stay in touch with the world, or look for that new restaurant. Views from the living room to the spacious patio beyond, are sure to please, while skylights flood the room with natural sunlight. Transition into the dining and kitchen bar area, with entertaining spaces thoughtfully laid out and complete with touches such as a 28 bottle wine cooler. Traditional dining for 6 Racheal Ray Farmhouse table with 6 upholstered chairs. The open kitchen bar counter allows the chef to completely be a part of the entertaining, while till preparing appetizers or hour de ouvres. Drinks can be served from the wine refrigerator and the sideboard. The patio home was perfect. Check in and communication with Carolyn and Aric was easy and immediate. The location next to the bike path was so fun. The home comes with 4 bikes, so we used them often. Even biked into Old Town for lunch. We really loved the central location - easy drive to Old Town and North for hiking and golf. The home was immaculate and up to date. Both mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Very clean with new furniture, accessories and kitchen items. The patio is amazing with lots of seating, easy to use fire pit and a heater. We would definitely stay again.

We found that this location was very good for exploring the area. It seems to be centrally located between the desert and the city. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums, and hiking.

From our initial contact with the owners and throughout our stay, the owners were very concerned about making our stay perfect. The unit is beautiful-pictures do not do it justice! The community is quiet and close to everything. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for excellence.

Our experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a get away. Pedal bikes are included for use and this is a wonderful perk. The paths (easily accessible from the front door) allow you to walk/bike/run in complete safety and you’re never concerned about the busy traffic.

We regularly visit friends in Scottsdale and always stay in Santa Fe homes so we have seen a few different designs and layouts. This was by far, one of the nicest and well appointed of any we have stayed. Kitchen is beautiful and well appointed, living room very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds. (I cannot say that about all past Santa Fe units!) And you cannot beat the location, so close to shops, restaurants and activities! Carolyn was the perfect hostess and made us feel very welcome! We will be watching her calendar for open dates and be back!

This 2 bedroom home is so beautifully appointed, convenient to all we had planned and private, despite being in a patio home community. We loved that it had essentially 2 master suites, perfect for 2 couples. The walled patio was huge with 3 seating areas and a hot tub. The home itself is very spacious, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Wonderful walking and biking trails start around the block. Only 10-15 drive from Old Town. This property exceeded our expectations! Would love to stay here again!

The wonderful property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and well maintained. We found this to be the perfect location for easy access to shopping, dining, walking/biking paths, golfing, exercise studio, etc. The owners made sure the home was ready for us upon arrival and were so responsive and accommodating during our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed renting this property.

This was the third time my husband and I stayed in this McCormick Ranch property and again we had a wonderful stay . The home has always been very clean and well maintained , that for me is priority one . We love the location , its handy , how good is that , as we prefer to stay closer to shopping and restaurants. Would love to be back .
