Situated in Marco Island, this charming house for $380 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. See water views from the front and back of the home! Multiple patio doors open to shaded seating within the lanai which has the preferred SOUTHERN exposure for the pool & spa. See dolphins, sting rays (and yes we even saw a manatee!) swim in the canal. We have provided ample bath towels, various types of pillows from hypoallergenic to down, 100% cotton sheets, and summer weight down comforters on all beds to make your stay cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen too. With our quick access to open water you can rent a boat from more than three different resources all within a mile from our home and make the trip to Keewaydin Island for some of the best shelling in the world! Or take a day trip by boat north to Tin City or Celebration Park in Naples or south to Goodland for some relaxed dockside dining. Check out the Key West Express and multiple charters that depart within walking distance, or ride our bikes up to the iconic Snook Inn (1.3mi). For more exercise, bike to the newly renovated Mackle Park (2.5mi) with an amazing playground, splash pad, basketball courts and more. Grab the beach chairs & umbrella and head to Tigertail Beach or South Beach to enjoy the sun, sand, and incredible shelling available on Marco Island's beach. Our home is a great location to enjoy a quiet day by the pool or get out and see the island!

I had not been to Marco Island in over 20 years so was curious to go back. Visited the week before Christmas. Rental is as advertised and hosts were great about the few questions I had. Pool and Spa have great Southern exposure and house is more than fully equipped with anything you need. Kitchen has everything and there are even lots of pool floats for kids. Full beach gear including multiple chairs, umbrella and collapsible wagon. Overall GREAT.

This property is home away from home! We enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and all the extras (bikes, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, pool toys). The pool and spa were wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our meals; enjoying our family!

Just returned from our wonderful stay at this property. We were left speechless at the cleanliness, tranquility, and amazing communication with the owner, Carol, that our trip entailed. The home is spotless and so inviting. Beds were incredibly comfortable for us and our three children. The pool and spa were wonderful and kids loved all of the pool floats. Location is fantastic and the views of the dock from the pool area were mesmerizing. Definitely plan to return!!! Thank you for an incredible family vacation. :)

I love when o get the opportunity to write a nice review. This property was very clean. The layout was really nice with our age children and the pool was great! Location was really nice as I did my morning walks over the bridge each day, and took the bikes to the shops or grocery store! The host was very responsive and very very nice. We will defiantly be back.

This is the 4th home our family has rented on Marco Island & this is by far our favorite! Everything about the stay was hassle free. Check in was simple - there is even a garage to park your vehicle. Upon entering the garage you will see bikes, a beach wagon, beach toys, fishing poles, beach chairs, a net for collecting seashells & even a little scooper to help dig for them! The home is incredibly clean & updated. Plenty of room in the living room to relax, play a game or watch tv. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. Bibs for kids, cups with straws and lids for little ones, and even a booster seat. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The owners provided fans in each room and additionally there are also ceiling fans. Our kids loved the bunk beds! There is also a pack n play for babies. We spent the majority of our time out at the pool, enjoying the sunshine, watching for iguanas down by the dock and swimming. The pool was clean and warm! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, having a meal, and enjoying a drink! It’s all screened in so no worries about bugs. The owners provided plenty of pool floaties and there is a pump in the garage to inflate them. The owner was easy to get ahold of when we had a question - she was quick to respond.
We were so sad to leave this home, but we are also so excited to have found it. We plan to go back next fall.

My family and I loved this house! Wonderful layout for us. The pool and hot tub were perfect! Very clean! My daughter even remarked as we dug toddler toys out from under the coffee table,"There are vacuum marks under here!" Communication with the Hosts was great. My husband and I are looking forward to returning in February!

The property was perfect. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient to both restaurants and shopping and not too far from the beach access. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing. There were plenty of supplies for the beach including an umbrella and wagon to haul our gear. We would definitely stay again!

Carol and Rob have a beautiful home in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Everything about our stay was amazing. Super clean, comfy beds, beautiful decor--beachy/coastal in the most classy and elegant manner. Dish soap, laundry soap provided which was nice. Having use of the garage was extremely useful. The pool/spa area was the best part. Plenty of shaded area and sunny deck space, pool floats/noodles and beach equipment made it so easy to travel without any of those extra items. I would love to visit again!

We ended up renting a kayak from a local company, and the paddle out to the bay was a breeze.

It was a terrific change of pace from staying in a hotel which is the usual way we travel. I found it incredibly convenient and gave us the space we needed to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were surprisingly larger in person than the pictures (which still weren't small in the pictures). The house was very clean and comfortable! Everything in close proximity. The owners were great to work with. They answered all of our questions. We were coming a couple of weeks after hurricane Ian. The property was already cleaned up from any damage. Would recommend 100% - and would love to come back and stay another time!

The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked, and exactly what we expected after seeing the listing. Our kids absolutely loved the private pool and dock. We spent the whole week swimming, fishing, and taking the rental boat out for cruises. Marco Island was the ideal backdrop for us to have a quiet, relaxing week away from the crazy schedule of raising school-aged children. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is beautiful.... clean, modern, immaculately decorated/furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need...and much more! We loved all the coastal touches, including the art work, throw pillows, and fun decor, including the silver spoon lobster and seashell tic-tac-toe. :) Linens and beds were clean and ultra comfy. My two youngest children spent hours in the pool, while my 14 year old fished off the dock and under the local bridges. The house was ideally situated and we enjoyed dinners out, a fishing charter, a dolphin/seashell charter, and a visit to Tigertail beach. Owners were a dream to work with and super responsive, always responding within the hour (if not sooner!) A++++ hospitality. Zero complaints and we hope to return for another visit in the future!

We all enjoyed our stay at his home- it was very clean, came equipped with many basic necessities, and the pool area was a perfect retreat. This property is within walking distance to the Dolphin Tiki Bar, which was a great spot for cocktails. Would absolutely book again!

This was our third home rental over the past 10 years. By far this was the best location, close to stores, the beach and our favorite breakfast restaurant, Doreens. The grandchildren loved the pool and. variety of toys provided to use in the pool. Our weather was 90% perfect, 1/2 day of rain and the covered area by the pool let us enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. Any questions were quickly answered by the owners.
