About this cottage rental
This vacation rental oasis has much to offer. The home includes ample space inside with the 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with open concept living area; but, it is the outdoor spaces that will really "wow" you. The property includes two decks on both sides of the house, a fire pit, and 10 acres to enjoy! The view from the top of the property is fantastic to do a picnic or catch the an evening of star gazing--for which the Ohiopyle area (with it's low ambient light) is known! The best is that this property is located less than 2 miles from downtown Ohiopyle, which means quick access to the bike trail, rafting, and fishing! Enjoy!
This property does require a short term lease agreement to be signed by a guest. Please do not make a reservation request via HomeAway or a direct inquiry without being willing to sign a short term lease agreement!
We also encourage guests to really understand the details of the Reservation Request process, including approach to payment (many guests DO NOT understand the details when they make a request), which creates issues/more work for guests later in the process. We would be happy to explain the details simply send a direct inquiry (via email or call).

We took a trip to hike around Ohiopyle. It was fantastic. Great location. Kitchen was stocked with the tools/utensils we needed, fire pit was nice as was the outdoor seating and the grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great small little two bedroom property. Only thing with the GPS it was a little hard to find to pay attention to the numbers on the road. Otherwise very relaxing little property great views nice property and very close to the downtown activities.

The house was very cute, very private. Did not use the hot tub because it was very hot outside during our stay. The shower is very small, hard to maneuver while showering.

Nice place an location but the hot tub was the worse the temperature reads 100 but the water was probably 80 an was very slimy an didn’t seem like it was drained an cleaned mybe like someone just dumped a bottle of bleach in it.
