Located Right on the Beach! Bedroom features a king bed, large closets. Two Full Baths and convenience of washer/dryer in the condo. Living room features queen sofa sleeper, dining room area. Full kitchen. Recently redecorated. Take advantage of the Lagoon pool and two hot tubs or the quiet pool right along side the condo, 10 Plexi-cushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, workout room, restaurant, gift shop, small market place, pizza place, Tiki screen printing, Splash Pad, Lagoon pool Cabanas Ocean's full service restaurant , Par 3-9 hole Golf Course and a tram service to get you to anywhere on the property. Some amenities require a small fee for use. All rooms of this lovely, up to date condo have beach view with patio doors from living room and bedroom to access balcony.
In the Heart of all Panama City Beach has to offer. Just a short walk or driving distance to everything.

Awesome place! We will never stay in the big towers again after this visit. We literally tried to rent it again while we were there but it was already booked. You can be from the room to beach in about 1 minute, best convenience we have ever experienced. Incredible views. Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will def be back!!

The location is perfect but there was several items in the condo that should be addressed: The sheets on the master bed were rough, the air conditioner could not be set below 70 degrees therefore a fan had to be used to sleep (we were not use to having a fan blowing on us). In addition, there is no reason to pay extra for the condo facing the ocean because the curtains had to be pulled closed the entire day due to the heat.The shower has some mold in the caulking. VRBO did not email me specifics on the check in until the day of so I had to call the owner of whom did respond and assist me right away. There was a maintenance issue in the condo on the first day and the maintenance guy responded within minutes.
