This beautifully renovated guest house is in a historic tree-lined Orange Park neighborhood. It offers an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, top grain leather sofas, glowing ambiance from the fireplace console, and a larger than life 65" HDTV with surround sound. The kitchen has a granite bar top with 4 bar stools. There is a separate dinette. The large master bedroom has an elegant ensuite with double sinks and a luxurious marble/glass rain shower. A separate loft bedroom sleeps 6. To enjoy the fresh air, sub-tropical flowers and majestic trees, step out your door into a stately (lighted) pergola, which is outfitted with a firepit, and outdoor furniture for comfortable living day and night; indoors and out. MAXIMUM GUESTS: 8 (Friday and/or Saturday minimum 2 night stay) $75.00 cleaning fee Check-in after 3:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM 1020 sq ft (lg mbr + sleeping loft / 2 bath) No smoking indoors No pets allowed due to the allergies of the owners. This place is perfect. We really enjoyed just being able to hangout with mom. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens. It was nice to eat in more than going out. So very peaceful and the grounds were very enjoyable. If you want to relax and unwind this is the place.

This was an amazing stay. All you could hope for and more. One caution, the stairs to the second level are difficult. Carpet that was slippery and steep, you just have to be extremely careful.

This home, along with its guest house, was rented to accommodate groomsmen and their wives while in town for my son's wedding. It was a perfect choice; plenty of room, in a quiet location, within a few minutes of the wedding venue. Highly recommend!

The properties were great, and as listed. We had the main house and guest house for family that was in for our wedding that was held at The Hilltop Club here in OP. This was stated MANY times in the communication leading up to our family’s stay. Lori could either not understand or accept that there was not a wedding on site. By the way - I’m not sure who would want to get married in that yard. Which leads me to the next issue during our stay. Lori left a review stating that we sent her “lawn care” team away several times. 1st - who sends a lawn crew to a house 3 times at 8am during a one week stay? 2nd - perhaps Lori needs a new crew; the lawn is mostly dirt and leaves. The surveillance that we are sure she did must have been very disappointing in that there was no wedding being held on property. In closing, as long as you have every single name of each person, their age (and their make/model/license plate number of each car) that could possibly visit - you’ll be fine!

We were here for a wedding at Azaleana Manor and this location was super convenient. We had everything we needed and the check in and out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if I needed something in this area. Our host, Lori, was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The cottage was very clean and well decorated., and there are grocery stores and pharmacies close by. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom featured plenty of nice fluffy towels and extra amenities like body wash and shampoo. We enjoyed the lighted patio area and music and video system....all first rate! The master bedroom had a comfortable mattress and nice linens. The sleeping area upstairs is probably better suited for children, as the ceilings are low in most places and all of the four adults who stayed up there bumped their heads at some point! All in all we really enjoyed our stay in the cottage.

This charming, very clean home was a very nice getaway and just what I needed to unwind. I loved the big yard so my nephew could run and play. He loved the swing set and slide. We had everything we needed to feel welcome and cozy. We even got to enjoy the fire pit on one of the cold nights! I recommend this home for any occasion!

My sister and I were in Orange Park to celebrate our mother's birthday along with two of our daughters. We found the cottage very clean and inviting. The full kitchen was well stocked. It was nice not having to eat out every meal. Within walking distance of Moosehaven Retirement Community and the St. Johns River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A few of our family were lucky enough to stay in this lovely guest home this past week. We were in Orange Park for a family wedding and only a few miles from the venue. The owners were so professional in all our inquiries and welcomed us immediately when we arrived. The house was immaculate and so beautiful in every way. We enjoyed our 3 night stay in comfort and peace with beautiful trees and landscaping all around us. Every detail was perfect and we are already making plans to return for our next family visit to this area. We have stayed in many lovely vacation homes but this one was perfect for us and tops all the others!

This up-to-date cottage on acreage in Orange Park has the feel of the country - complete with a brood of chickens - while being convenient to all parts of the city. The little house has the feel of home with lots of the conveniences of home provided. Frank and Lori are friendly hosts while not intrusive. We had a great stay and will look stay here again when in Jacksonville.

Perfect place for a long-term stay. Pleasant, quiet, clean. Highly recommended. One of the best we’ve encountered (and we’ve stayed in many). Owners were available when needed but also allowed us great privacy. This is a 5 star plus.
