Nestled in Gold Beach, this attractive condo for $345 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Southern Oregon Coast is calling, and this oceanfront condo is just the place to experience it! Offering a stellar ocean view and modern accommodations, up to six guests will love a stay at this Gold Beach condo. Sitting on the very south end of Gold Beach off Highway 101, visitors will find peace and quiet to relish, as well as conveniences nearby. To reach the beach, just walk a quarter-mile to the north or south. This condo has high-quality furniture and a bright atmosphere to make you feel welcome right away. The main room on the lower floor features a living area with leather furniture and a flatscreen TV for entertainment (cable and WiFi included). In this same room is a dining table with seats for six and a fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find all the essentials plus bonus items like a coffeemaker and dishwasher. A couple raised seats are perfect for eating a quick snack at the breakfast bar. A balcony outside has patio chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the sand and ocean while a gas grill in the garage lets you cook up food. When you need a break from outside, head to the study to relax in a recliner in front of the flatscreen TV or pick out a book from the shelf. With two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, this house will comfortably sleep up to six guests. Both bedrooms are upstairs - one has a king bed and a private balcony while the other is fitted with a queen bed. Both offer a full private bathroom. A queen sofabed in the living room will sleep any remaining guests, and a private washer/dryer lets you take care of laundry. This condo is ideal for a family or couples looking for a quiet and fun-filled retreat - wake up early for peaceful strolls along the sand or head to the beach near Kissing Rock just south of town to search for life in the tide pools. Head into town to browse boutiques or visit a museum and get an interesting history lesson before driving three miles to the Rogue River for a hike among beautiful scenery. Your next beach trip will be filled with all the things you've been dreaming of - book today! Things to Know The fireplace is not currently operational. Please note that there is no boat or RV parking in this neighborhood and there is a limit of two cars per household. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property is amazing, the porch to ocean is amazing really appreciated the "waterproof" roof. We were really disappointed saturday planing on watching college football dish TV but.... didn't work! The receiver part of the satellite was hanging by a very small piece of rusty metal the guys were afraid the wind would know it loose so they dug bungee cords from our cars and tide it up, didn't want someone sitting on the porch to get hit in the head. They got wet and we got NO football. The fireplace definitely needs instructions for control panel we tried google it got as far as turning off child lock but never got it to light, but the fan would come on and run and run and run no way to turn off. Guest book mentioned others had the same problem in the past. There was no dishwasher soap and wet dishes in it, we just washed dishes by hand. No laundry soap to start load of towels when leaving. Hope you purchase some and are just washing things without soap????? Beds comfortable but bedding is really cheap, and blankets have seams unraveling. Looks like for sale so maybe owner doesn't care. I would stay again just because of location and porch.

The access code to the key box was not correct, but repeated in all correspondence!!! But other than that snafu there were no issues!
Helpful hints—-Maybe leave an extra garage bag or 2! Upstairs deck chairs are cracked and the stairwell lights need replaced. Upstairs guest bath drains too slow. Directions on how to manage trash and recycling would be helpful!

The condo is very comfortable and the outside decks perfect for looking at the surf. Our only problem- most of the days here we could only HEAR the waves because the fog was so thick. The two days the sun broke through were spectacular!

I chose this property for the lovely view of the ocean and beach from the patio. My mom was with me and she is not able to get down to the beach anymore and I wanted her to be able to enjoy and see the ocean. This was perfect! The gas fireplace was cozy. It was a lovely birthday weekend for my mom!

With no remote, you have to either enter the house on arrival, or leave from the front door after closing the garage door from the inside. A minor, but annoying inconvenience. Alternatively, the garage could be made unavailable to renters. But it's a valuable feature for some of us who don't want to park their car outside in the weather.
The lock box on the front door is troublesome, and a bit tricky to open and close.
All said, the view alone makes it a 3.
