About this house rental
Located in Key West, this charming house for $538 per night is a great option for your next vacation. FLEXIBLE, NO-FEE CANCELLATION INCLUDED: Rentals are 100% Refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival! VILLA BAHAMA is located at The Foundry in the Truman Annex, Key West's most exclusive gated community. You'll be just around the block from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that the Truman Annex is known for. Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations. THE LIVING AREA... VILLA BAHAMA has been furnished to a very high standard, in the lush tropical style inspired by Tommy Bahama. In fact, the Tommy Bahama influence is evident throughout this home. The living area is an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings, and the double French doors provide lots of light. There's plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The sleep sofa will accommodate extra guests. There's convenient powder room on the first floor. The kitchen has a top-of-the-line stove, oven and refrigerator, with granite counter tops and all the small appliances one might need. You'll have your own private courtyard out front, with a gas BBQ. THE POOL AREA... The landscaped community pool is just across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door. Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM. THE ACCOMMODATIONS... • Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. • Second Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Each floor closes off with its own separate door as well for extra privacy. ALL LAST KEY VACATION HOMES INCLUDE: • Washer and Dryer • Central Heat and A/C • Ceiling Fans • Flat Screen TVs in Living Room and All Bedrooms • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Basic stock of spices • Starter supply of paper products • Starter set of cleaning products • Linens and Towels provided • Wireless high-speed Internet access and full cable included In addition, this fully stocked home also includes, but is not limited to the amenities on this list: • Community Pool Access • Propane BBQ Grill • Assigned Off-street Parking for 1 Car Other notes: • Interim housekeeping provided upon request • This property will accommodate up to 6 adults • Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Great experience, clean, quiet, easy check in and departure
This condo in the Truman Annex is a quiet, adult oriented location. It's a perfect location because it's so close to all of the chaos on Duval St. But when you're done you can slip away to peace and quiet. We stayed here during the Rokisland fest and it was only steps away from that venue as well. I was greeted via text by our concierge just days before arriving and he was in easily in touch throughout our stay. Never more than a few minutes for replies to our questions. Great experience!

Our second year in a row. Location is phenomenal for restaurants and things to do also and feels safe. Can walk to anything. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Sean our property manager was above and beyond!

Last Key immediately got us help when our AC broke on a 90 degree humid day. The next night our smoke alarms beeped low battery for part of the night and of course we didn’t have 9 volt batteries on us so we got little sleep. Last Key had someone with us immediately at 0800 to fix it. The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees post repair which was pleasant, but chilly and frustrating to not be changeable. Preventative maintenance may be in order for the house. Dishwasher soap would be nice. Front landscaping sub-par. Otherwise very nice with comfortable beds and excellent location.

Perfect Walking Location in Key West
The perfect location to walk to dinner, bars, beaches, shopping, spas, community pool, and more. Enjoyed having the bikes delivered from We Cycle and see the area beyond Duval and Mallory Square. Wonderful townhouse where everyone had their room and space then met on the porch to enjoy the evening breeze. Lots of great kitchen utensils, pans, appliances, and starter kits for cleaning dishes, toiletries, and laundry soaps. There were beach towels and chairs to use, which was convenient. Great service. We would come back for another visit when in town.

The property is in a great location. You are in walking distance from everything in Key West. It is just far enough from the main strip that you do not hear music in the wee hours of the morning. The property was clean beautifully decorated and had all the needed amenities for a family vacation. It also has great air conditioning for those muggy Key West days.

Perfect location and property!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The unit is close to everything. Just two blocks from duval street so it’s not noisy and still close to the restaurants and things to do. We walked to just about everywhere the whole week we were there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Greg was a friendly and attentive house manager. Highly recommend this place. Also the annex area is so peaceful and beautiful! Will be back!

This property is absolutely fantastic---beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and whatever else you might need.
The property is on a quiet, tree-lined street but is only two blocks from Duval St so you are within walking distance of pretty much everything.
We absolutely loved our stay at this property!

Comfortable and Convenient
This lovely townhome is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the sights and sounds of Old Town Key West and the beach. Plush beds were most appreciated at the end of days spent seeing the Truman White House and the Hemmingway home. The well-equipped kitchen and use of the gas grill were an added bonus. Greg, our Guest Services Coordinator made our check-in/out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bahama.

Awesome find in a great part of Key West
We knew nothing about Key West before our trip, so to say we stumbled onto this property is an understatement. Turns out this condo is pretty much close to everything. Easy walking distance to Mallory Square, Duval Street, and most of the popular restaurants and bars in Old Town. There's also a new kids' playground and splashpad just a few blocks away, and the best beach in Key West (Fort Zachary Taylor) is about 3/4 of a mile away, which is an easy bike ride or, if you rent a golf cart like we did, literally minutes away. The property was super clean, had a great breezy Key West vibe, a great tree-covered front porch area, and lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay easier (beach chairs, pool noodles, well-stocked kitchen). They even had a key lime pie and a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend, 10/10

The instant we walked into the property, it felt like home. The location was the great for our family of teenagers because it was close to Mallory Square, Duval Street, and the beach. The property had everything we needed making it convenient for families that travel from afar.

Recently stayed for a celebration weekend with family and couldn't be happier with this property! The location was perfect! Central to all activities, yet a private and quiet place to come home to after being out all day. We were able to walk to all of the entertainment and activities we had planned for our week away. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. Beds were extremely comfortable, decor beautiful and island fun. Our contact with property management company, Shannon, was a gem! Very helpful, friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!
