Nestled in Moab, this attractive condo for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This light and airy 300+ sq ft condo is an excellent home base for enjoying Moab's many activities. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance for take out or dine-in, indoor and outdoor seating. Check for current Arches National Park entrance requirements before visiting on discovermoab.com The Center Street Suite #1 is a lovely, centrally located spot to spend your vacation. This suite is much bigger than most hotel rooms, has its own entrance from the street with a private patio area and is very quiet. The bath has a large walk-in shower, the bed is king sized, and the closets spacious. For your enjoyment a flat screen smart TV with WIFI and HDMI cable is attached to stream from your personal devices. WE do not offer regular TV in any of our units. The separate locked bike storage area will keep your valuable rides safe and secure. The mini kitchen has a fun, retro styled, fridge and microwave, plus a coffeemaker and dishes, enough for simple food prep if you don't feel like going out to one of our many great local eateries. You might spend your day in the parks, go rafting on the Colorado, walk or ride bikes on the hundreds of miles of trails close by, or just relax with a good book. A short walk will take you to restaurants, shops, spas, bookstores, musical events and city parks. A visit to any of the great bike shops or the Moab Information Center (one block away) will give you all the info you need for a fantastic Moab adventure. Enjoyed our stay in a perfect little condo right in the middle of town! Great location for accessing Canyon Lands Island in the Sky and Arches. Also enjoyed the drive down the Colorado River to Potash. Spectacular scenery at every turn.

A sweet, comfortable little space in a convenient location. Love the little porch for sitting out in mornings and evenings, and there was usually someone around in the daytime if I needed anything. I would stay here again. Thanks

Great experience! Comfortable bed, very cute:) Surprisingly quiet at night:) A very walkable location to all shops and restaurants, and even the visitor center! The only downside was that the blinds didn’t filter out enough of the street lights. Eye masks were provided. I suggest you bring your own if you are used to total darkness.

From perfect location to downtown Moab to just had everything 2 people would need after exploring each day. I cannot recommend enough! Comfy bed, large shower, just enough kitchen stuff (don’t expect to cook a meal) but toast a bagel or heat leftovers is no problem.

This was a great place to stay, right in town but on a quiet street. The only thing that could have been better is to have light-darkening shades for the front windows, since the room never darkened without them. The sleep masks provided helped, but some people (like my husband) will not wear a sleep mask so he didn't sleep well since the room never got dark.

Nice size room, good shower and comfy bed. Noisy fridge and light from street lights hard to shut out. Nothing else was wrong with it generally. Host had provided everything you need and parking is outside front door. Close to all restaurants, shops etc.

This was a perfect place to stay in Moab! We hiked every day - Canyonlands, Arches and some other local spots. We could not asked for a more perfect place to use as our "base camp". The location was great and the apartment was perfect.

The location simply can’t be beat. An easy walk to restaurants and shopping after your day spent in the parks. Parking was never an issue. The bed was SO comfy.

My wife and I came to Moab to mountain bike and this place ticked all the boxes for us. The condo is clean and comfortable with a big bed, great walk in shower and kitchenette. The location is perfect for walking to breakfast and dinner so we rarely drove anywhere once we were back from riding. Sheri was awesome to work with and we will definitely book here again when we're back in town.

It’s was perfect for us. On a quiet street, short walks to restaurants and shops. We had breakfast in the space until the last day. The donut shop down the street is amazing. He arrives at 12M and has fresh every day!!! Just an FYI, The electric plugs on either side of the couch didn’t work. This is just for the owner. The place is just perfect!

Nice Property! Close to downtown on a nice quiet street. Angle parking was right in front of the door on the street. A nice touch would have been for the property managers to turn on the air conditioning before we arrived. ( It was on I guess, set to 80 degrees.) It was 102 degrees that day and we didn't arrive until 9:30 pm. Needless to say it was a little warm for a few hours. Other than that oversight it was a smooth transaction and a great place and location. Would definitely stay there again.
