Nestled in Garden Grove, this charming house for $300 per night is a great choice for your next break. Visit our beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for two families. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has two masters, one cal-king bed, and one queen bed, with ensuites. Two Children's rooms, both with twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms with tile and travertine floors, marble countertops, new fixtures, and custom-designed showers. The children's bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with marble tiles and a bathtub surrounding a large tub. Wood laminate flooring throughout the home. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Open-concept dining and living room. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. The game room, located through one of the children's rooms, is in the garage. The game room offers ping pong, a pool table, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant and toddler. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use. The Anaheim California Vacation House was a good rental property close to the convention center - we were there for a work event and it was nice to be able to walk back and forth easily from the convention center.

The layout of the house is great for large groups and families and the pool is great. Kitchen and living areas are spacious and the house felt very clean. Neighborhood was mostly quiet. Everybody I was in communication with from the property management team was friendly and responsive. The booking, check in and check out process was easy and efficient. It was an easy walk to the Anaheim convention center.
But to be honest the house is overall a bit run down and I felt it was a somewhat overpriced for what we got. The water never got hot in one of the master bedroom showers and was either ice cold or scorching hot in the other master bedroom shower with no way to make it a reasonable temperature even when adjusting the knob. Anytime anyone showered in the stand alone bathroom the pipes screeched super loudly throughout the entire house, which woke me up one morning when one person showered extra early. All of the beds were very creaky and noisy, although the mattresses were extremely comfortable so that was nice at least. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint; everything just looked a bit run down and dingy. The house is old and definitely looks like it could use some fixing up.
Overall our stay was decent and satisfactory, and there was no one issue that I felt was completely unacceptable or anything but after adding up all the minor issues we had I don't think I would book this particular house again.

This home can handle your group for a nice stay in Anaheim and very close to Disneyland. Home is close to many local attractions with quick access to local highways and interstates.

My family (7 of us total) came to Anaheim from Iowa to visit Disneyland and explore California. The house layout was perfect for us and so was the location especially for Disneyland. We had plenty of bathrooms for people to get ready and enjoyed the ability to prepare some of our own meals.

Cute property with nice updates. Plenty of room for everyone. Awesome proximity to Disneyland if you are going. Check in/out was a breeze and communication with the property management team was easy. Would recommend.

It is a nice house. It has everything you may need. It a 35 mins walking distance to Disneyland.
Convinience stores, gas station, etc are close by.
Cleaning staff is not very thorough. We found trash and other guests stuff under the beds and furniture.

The pool has a bad tree that loads up the swimming pool with debris. Had to skim the pool before every use.

Everything was pretty much as advertised, but what was unacceptable was that the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black almost immediately from walking around inside the house. We are VRBO hosts, we would have preferred have the basics of salt, pepper, toilet paper and garbage bags. The pool was wonderful as we took a break from Disneyland mid-day.

We love the house and everything else. The house was in quite neighborhood and 5 mins drive to Disneyland we love it. we watched firework from Disneyland at front of the house one night. we did not get to spend time in the backyard or pool since we were at Disneyland the whole trip. the house was very clean during our stay. Our 5 years old niece love Micky Mouse bed and adult like their room as well. The house was close to grocery store and restaurants only 2 minutes drive. it was very convenient. The house was at good location. Happy with our stay. thank you

Three things I expect a vacation rental to be and that’s clean, comfortable, and functional. This house mostly fell short. And quite honestly our entire group agreed that this was the most disappointing vacation rental any of us have stayed in. I am baffled by the 4/5 star reviews!
PROS: Short drive or Uber to Disney, quiet/safe neighborhood, nice outdoor patio/pool/play area, heated pool, big game room, spare towels/blankets, laundry/dish detergent, roomy house for large group.
CONS: Broken oven (not informed before booking), dirty outdoor grill, not enough essentials (trash bags, toilet paper/paper towels, etc.), loose/popping outlets…we were running 2 kitchen appliances and the breaker tripped! The first morning the kitchen sink clogged when nothing unusual was rinsed in the disposal. We had to plunge the sink. Dirty/grimy floor (our feet were black!), no cleaning supplies, no broom, musty smell in kitchen/laundry room, moldy/rusty washer, discolored water in guest bathtub. EXTREMELY loud alarms on back doors EVERY time you go in or out (have to push bypass every entry). Law requires one safety barrier for pools…a self-locking pool fence would be more convenient for guests. A/C won’t cool below 73…house felt humid and warm!
This house really needs renovating. I contacted MGMT day 1 about the oven and breaker tripping, I didn’t have time to contact them on all issues. This house was 100% a thumbs down for us.

We were in town for a conference and this was a perfect location. Quiet, clean and only 15 minute walk to the Anaheim Conference Center.

Overall it was a good experience. We had a good place to stay that was close to the Disney Parks. The biggest things were little details, and rules for everything. There was a check in book provided, but no copy of one in the home, no instructions on how to use the TVs, a couple of cleanliness issues, and we had issues with both showers (which were solved rather quickly, but did result in some cold showers being taken). Again, a good experience over all, especially since we just slept there, but little details that would have made for a more pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful property located close to Disneyland (but not walking distance). The owners were very responsive when we pointed out some broken electrified light poles in the background upon our check-in--they were removed the very next day! Loved the heated pool. We were not informed prior to our stay that the oven door was broken and not available for use, which only slightly impacted our plans. The BBQ grill needs to be fixed, only some of the burners worked. **One large downside is the neighborhood noise ordinance!

The property was adequate for what we needed. Note that while Disneyland is within walking distance, it does take about 35-40 minutes one way at a decent clip. It’s not really a straight line route. Overall, we had a good experience.

This house was great for two families to stay at while enjoying Disneyland. The house worked for our purposes and we have no regrets, but there were a few things that fell short of our expectations. Examples: Long walk for adults (way too far for even our athletic kids before a long day at the parks… had to Uber more than expected), also there were dirty dishes in the sink and it seems like the dishwasher isn’t working too well. None the less, it was an economical option and that’s what we were looking for. Kids loved the air hockey table!

Stayed with 5 teen and almost teenagers and 4 adults. House was well equipped with cooking supplies and pool toys. Wish there was some complimentary coffee, we forgot to pick some up first morning. The trundle bed in girls room was not prepared for anyone to sleep on it, and didn't see any bedding for it. Worked out okay, one of the granddaughters slept on the huge couch. All in all we were very comfortable, the beds were comfortable. Had to search for garbage cans, finally found them behind two gates on right side of house. We kept setting off door alarm to back yard and pool because not use to this safety device, hope the neighbors weren't disturbed. We definately would rent again.

My family enjoyed this lovely home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The house is very close to Disneyland too. The pool is beautiful but they do have strict rules on outside hours. We were not able to soak our Disney feet at night.

I would like to first state that I would absolutely stay here again. Overall it was a nice, very comfortable, great location, and accommodating enough for our family place to stay and we truly had a wonderful time on our vacation, even very sad to leave. I really want to make that clear because I am going to have some critiques of the place and I hope the property managers read this because I do feel they need to make some changes. They make a note that a place cannot be 100% hospital-like sterile and clean and while I agree with that they do need to pay attention to certain things that can be helped. They also may not be aware of some things so my hope is to bring attention so it can be addressed.#1 - The washing machine has very obvious rust inside of it, where clothes are to be washed and if you look closely you can obviously see mold. Mold is a big issue, many people, including some in my family, are allergic to mold, and having the washing machine lid open enables that mold to be breathed in. In my opinion that should be taken care of, I also feel washing clothes in rust is not best.#2 The big jetted bathtub in the main bathroom desperately needs caulking around it. There is also a very bad smell, comparable to rotten eggs, that happens EVERY time you turn the hot water on. This was alarming to us as it is almost a gas leak type of smell. While nothing happened it was still very odd and interesting enough that I think either an explanation should be given so as to not cause anyone to panic or it needs to be looked into.#3 Also with smells, that bathroom and the house, in general, had an odor that was not pleasant. There was just this smell that was so unpleasant I had to go to Bath and Body works and purchase 2 candles to be lit every day while we were there to make the odor in the house bearable.#4 All the remotes in the house to the TV monitors are wonky! 2 of them that had their room stickers on them did NOT work for those rooms. Out of 5 remotes, we were only able to use 2 of them, it was very frustrating as we had kids in separate rooms fighting over the one remote that worked! Then we had to take the remote for the living room tv to use in the master bedroom so whoever was in the living room lost a remote!#5 The door alarms for the pool - oh goodness!! Anaheim city has a pool alarm rule - ok no problem but I feel that the property management needs to do a better job in the description of the place to better prepare you.

We were a group of eight which included teens and young adults along with children. The house has great amenities including a pool, air hockey, and ping pong. It has door alarms to protect small ones from wandering into the pool. The pool was a nice size for our group to play in. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need for cooking. The only difficulty we had was with the TV remotes. They didn’t seem to work properly. We would stay again.

Took my family to Disneyland for a few days and this property was so close (still chose to drive) and was perfect for our small kids. The garage was converted into a playroom and a game room, the pool was great, and the alarms to the back door helped us feel secure with our tiny kids!

Loved the pool. The rooms were nice. The master room bed was horrible. Dipped deeply in the middle. It was very high needed a step stool to get in the bed. And that room was the hottest room in the house. Especially at night. No internet access for the first day and a half. Had to use our hotspot just to sign in. TV in one of the rooms came on in the middle of the night. Scared my kid to death. Water and ice maker are not set up. The binder has not been updated with the right info to make your stay seamless.

Beautiful, clean property with plenty of bedrooms, living space, and an awesome pool. The bed in the master bedroom is HUGE!
I do have 2 hang-ups that keep me from giving it 5 stars overall:
1. The gas grill outside hardly works and required manual lighting for all but the main burner. It looked very used, probably needs replacing.
2. We had a problem with the Gardner turning the water off to the house. We had to call the maintenance person the first time cause the Gardner didn't turn thr water back on when he left. Second time we were all at the house and I asked him not to turn it off.
Otherwise it's really a nice place and I hope you enjoy it as much adls we did!
