Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful three story beach house is just a few steps from the beach! Perhaps you would prefer to lounge around a private pool, instead. Heat the pool for just a little extra fee. The house is located in a lazy laid back neighborhood of private homes on the beach. At the same time, you are 5-10 minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping. Friends of mine once said that when they go on vacation, they want to stay somewhere that is nicer than their own home. That is exactly what we have tried to accomplish with this totally elegant Beach House. This place has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has a King size bedroom suite. One set of built in bunks with deluxe pillow top mattresses. There is a queen sleeper sofa on the second floor. This is a perfect set up for two or more families. Be prepared for luxury from the formal dining room as you enter, to the 12 foot ceilings and magnificent crown moulding throughout. Granite counters grace the well equipped kitchen as do the stainless appliances. Watch your favorite TV shows on large screen TVs in the living room or family room or enjoy your show from the comfort of your bedroom. On the second level you will find what we like to call the family suite. There you will find a large family room, including a wet bar and half bath. The built in bunks make this like a fourth bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the private HEATED POOL. The second floor bedroom has a king bed suite with bath, balcony and HD LED TV. The third level has two king bedrooms with private baths. The Master Suite is adorned with a fireplace, double vanity, a jetted tub and a spacious shower. A private balcony off the Master is a great place to enjoy warm moonlit Florida nights. The second bedroom has a beautiful Tropical King Bedroom suite for your comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. A hundred steps down Albacore Street and you are on the beach... no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Only 3 miles from St. Andrews State Park and walking distance from several restaurants and amusement parks. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Must have someone over age 25 to stay in the house. We do not rent to student groups or wedding parties. Everyone had their once space with the 3 different levels. Very clean. Great communication. Close to beach access and a quiet area. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be the beach chairs on the property were falling apart. Great house and would recommend.

My husband and I go every year with our two sons their wives and the four grandkids on a summer vacation. This is a place we would difinitely consider renting again. Pool was enough for the kids to swim but not many adults, but that's okay, it kept the kids entertained while we cooked. Stocked well and as nice as the ad said it was in the ad. Great location too.

The house was great and everything we needed and more. We had 12 total people, 6 adults, 6 boys age ranges from 11-17. We had plenty of room and the location is great. It was just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes from just about anything you want to do. We look forward to coming back again next year!!

This property was perfect for our family of nine. We had two teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room. Since there were a couple of days with double red flags at the beach, the pool was an added bonus.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was deceivingly spacious, with plenty of room for our extended family to have their own space to enjoy. It is in very close proximity to the beach and to other Panama City attractions. And most of all, the property owner Bill was great to work with, and quickly worked to answer any questions/address any needs that we had. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again in the future.

3 story (lots of stairs) home, very well appointed and furnished. We had a small issue with the pool, and the owner addressed it immediately and it was fixed. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a great time and highly recommend it

Everything seemed fine with this place until it came time to check out. I had a very unique situation that did not allow me to check out in a timely manner and the owner threatened me with calling the police if I wasn’t out in 5 minutes. I had my rental vehicle stolen from the property and then proceeded to tell me that I was in fact not a person that had any money because if I had money I wouldn’t be stranded. Extremely rude and hurtful of this person during such a hard time.

The house is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to drive to the beach each day it wasn't raining, but the walk to the beach was only a few minutes if anyone wanted to walk. The ocean was still bad from recent tropical storm, so it was great to have a pool right outside the back door!

The property has a terrific set up for multiple people and families! I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. There was sand in the bunk beds, hair in the vanities, and sand and toys left under the LR couch. I do have a question, what are the rules about smoking pot outside of the building? We had a 2 year old and when we were out enjoying the pool our neighbors were often enjoying themselves smoking pot. That part was not the family atmosphere we were looking for. Sorry to be a Debbie downer......EVERYTHING else was wonderful......
