Situated in Hot Springs, this lovely house for $287 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our lovely Williamsburg reproduction home is a prime spot to enjoy beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 4 BR 4.5 Bath is just minutes away from Magic Springs Water and Theme Park, Oaklawn Park and Historic Hot Springs National Park. We can sleep 10 people. Meals can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen and served at a large tiger maple dining room table or on the farm table in the breakfast area. The kitchen includes a gas stovetop, double ovens and an island to use for prep. The main level of the house includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, sunroom, living room, master bedroom and bath, library/office, wood burning fireplace, laundry room and powder room. The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Wireless wifi, as well as intercom/monitoring system is available through the entire home. During these highly uncertain times of Covid-19 and the ever changing quarantines, travel restrictions, etc. we highly recommend using the Cancellation Protection insurance policy available through VRBO to insure the best travel experience.

Overall this house is impressive in size, quality and comfortability. Mr. Chittum is a gracious host and the location is wonderful. Not too far away from town but far enough away that you dont get bogged down by traffic. Would definitely recommend for a medium sized group just looking to get away for the weekend.

House is very large. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals instead of going out. Great place to stay if you have a group going to the ORV park down the road.

This rental property was perfect for the six of us. We would have been seven, but one of my wife’s brothers had a sudden illness and could not make it. We were on our annual family reunion and Hot Springs seemed to be the best location to assemble because we were travelling from Ohio, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas. The house is very well maintained. The owner built this house many years ago and still lives in it part of the year. This helps explain why everything is very clean, the kitchen is very complete, and everything works the way it should and is pretty much up to date. The owner claimed to provide all soap, shampoo, and towels, which proved to be an understatement. I have never seen so many different choices for body wash and shampoo, and in such quantity. It was only a short drive to downtown and all the Hot Springs history, which we avidly took in. The property is in a quiet area which we really appreciated after hitting all the historical spots down town. The trolley tour was fun and informative as was visiting the bath house museum. Checkout was a dream. We did not have to strip the beds and were told to leave them unmade. We did not have to empty the waste baskets. All we did was take out our garbage. We all were checked out and on our way in record time.

We take a girls trip each year and this home gave us our own bedroom and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and convenient to downtown. It was perfect!

This was the perfect location for our Hot Springs family reunion! Even though we only had 6 family members that actually stayed here overnight, there was plenty of room for our group of 23 during the day for our family reunion. Plenty of seating for family meals, large fully stocked kitchen for meal prep, several bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, visit and play games. The backyard was shaded enough so that we could even enjoy a washers tournament in the June heat! The location was nice and quiet, and the house was beautiful with its colonial style charm. David & Sonya were great hosts - the welcome basket was a nice treat. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again if the need arises. ~ April & Randy

We're a whole group of Jeepers that came to Hot Springs for an event and wanted to stay someplace close to the trails. We found this place and it was PERFECT! The owners are so incredibly nice and the house is BEAUTIFUL. Communication was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hot Springs!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s beautifully furnished with lots of space and more amenities than expected. The hosts were helpful with great communication. My girlfriends and I will definitely meet in Hot Springs again and this will be our first choice to stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 10. We loved everything about this home. It was so comfortable and gave us plenty of room for our 6 adults and four children. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. It was a wonderful getaway for our family and many memories were made in this house. The owner, David, was so great to work with on this reservation and on check-in day!

Pros: David and Sonya were great and easy to communicate with. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Good on lot of bedsheets and towels. Very organized kitchen. The sunroom was a great area to hangout. Suggestions: The beds were wobbly and needs change. The spice in the cabinets needs to be checked for expiration and discarded.

We were a group of four couples that were looking for a place to lodge together and ride our motorcycles on the beautiful scenic trails of Hot Springs. The owner's of the home couldn't have been more accommodating. The house was very clean, roomy, and had everything you needed to make our stay comfortable. Dave met us there, went through the house and showed us where everything was at. He even brought us a package of fudge that we all enjoyed. We talked about the riding the trails and Dave was thoughtful enough to bring us a pamphlet that had several trails listed. If ever in Hot Springs again, we would definitely stay there.

This is a great property and exceeds expectations. The property owners are engaged but not intrusive. We found their home to be warm, friendly and just the perfect spot for out 10 person family vacation. I can highly recommend these owners and this property!
