Nestled in Destin, this lovely condo for $390 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 1072 sqft Crystal Sands Condo 309B is one of the largest units with its loft in the complex. No streets to cross, you're right on the beach with free parking, heated pool and free beach service (March-October). Enjoy the beach and the pool during the day, followed by a nice walk in the Beautiful Crystal Beach area on Scenic-98 with sidewalks! Walk to Camille for coffee and more. This beachfront condo sleeps 8 on 2 King size beds plus 2 Twin Trundle beds and a Sleeper Sofa! First Level has Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry and Master Bedroom with King size bed. Master bathroom has walk-in shower with a built-in corner bench; and is accessible from the master bedroom and hallway. The balcony has four chairs for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets as this unit is on the top floor of the complex. Second Level Loft has King bed in the OPEN SPACE (not a bedroom with privacy). Loft also has a dormer bedroom with two trundle beds. Loft bathroom has Tub and Shower. Plenty of beds to sleep on: 2 kings beds, 4 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen has stone countertops, a beautiful white backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats five. Other features of the unit are; - New flooring, new washer/dryer and a new A/C unit - Oversized kitchen island with cabinets on both sides - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Connection - Smart TVs - Keyless Entry - Cooler box and ice maker - Combo Coffee maker (drip and K-cup) - Beach service included (2 chairs and an umbrella are included in your rate, March to October. More can be purchased on site) Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(2) tablets. Crystal Beach is a beautiful community located in the heart of Destin. You are just a few steps from the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests are a short stroll from several wonderful restaurants and shops that Crystal Beach offers. Head due north one mile to visit the Destin commons for all the shopping and dining you could ever need! The Destin Commons has a bass pro shop if dad forgot his fishing gear and the state of the art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you’ll find go kart tracks, bowling alleys and the big kahuna water park. (About 5 minute from this home) roughly ten minute down the road is the Destin harbor-home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in the southeast! Enjoy deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin cruises and even pirate cruises for the kids! Crystal Sands is right on the Crystal Beach with no roads to cross and has; - elevator - heated outdoor pool - free parking - beach service included (2 chairs and an umbrella are included in your rate, March to October. more can be purchased on site) - bike racks - charcoal grills and picnic tables Our goal is to provide you a family owned place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a home -away from home- to make sure you will return for years. We will be available to you 24/7 if you need us. HOUSE AND RESORT RULES - 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in. - Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. - No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor). - Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises. - Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. - We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time. - Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here. ABOUT US We are the Colasan family managing Paul & Angela's unit. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family. Destin has always been our favorite destination with its tranquility, great beaches and clear waters. This was our first time vacationing in this area and we were so pleased with our accommodations! Being right on the ocean was a dream! We enjoyed the beachfront in so many ways… from our morning beach walks to watching sundown from the balcony! We even watched some dolphins frolicking in the water one morning! Great access to shopping and restaurants. The owners are very thorough and available if needed. Highly recommend this property for your next beach adventure!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Up to date and very clean. The owners seemed to think of everything we needed on vacation. One minor suggestion is to update the mattress in the master bedroom.
We plan to reserve this unit in the next trip to Destin.

This property was perfect for us. The beach was not crowded and we really liked that 2 chairs and umbrella was included. The loft bedroom was different but it worked since there was 2 doors between it, the bathroom, and the room the kids was in. The 2nd room is set up mostly for kids.Manager was very easy to work with with and checked on us when we got there and thanked us for staying.

Excellent views of the shoreline, sunset and sunrise. Was a challenge to watch TV, different systems and controls without instructions on what controlled what. Ended up just watching the one in the main bedroom. Would consider renting again.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well-stocked. The owners are very responsive and lovely! They even allowed a 2 hour early check in during peak season. The only recommendation I have is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom as it dips on the sides and has a ridge in the middle. Overall, we’ll be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The description of the 3rd bedroom should deff be mentioned as you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to even get to it. That caused a slight inconvenience but overall not a big deal. Only thing I can complain about are The Beach Boys that set up the umbrellas and chairs, they were complete jerks. I wanted to move an umbrella so my kids could sit beside me and not be all up on the people beside us. The one guy was just completely rude about it. The next day I witnessed him being rude to another guest for basically the same thing. This would not stop me from visiting again though, I’ll just bring my own chairs next time.

The convenience of being right on the beach cannot be overstated. You can play on the beach in the morning, go into the condo for lunch and back out to the beach in the afternoon without lugging all your beach stuff back and forth. So relaxing, so fun!!

We stayed in this lovely condo with our children and some other family members! It was an amazing trip. The condo was perfect, we loved having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the kids and there was plenty of room for all four of our kids in the upstairs room (which can definitely be hard to find!) The owners were great to deal with and responded promptly. Definitely recommend!

It was a great place that fit our needs with beach access!!! It wasn’t far from other activities in the which helped out with the double red flag times. Booking was easy and the owners gave plenty of information ahead of time which made the stay enjoyable and without issues.

Came to the beach with my husband and teen daughter. My cousin and her 2 teen daughters and a friend stayed with us. This condo was perfect for us. My cousin slept upstairs in the loft with all the girls and it worked out great for that.
