Located in Ocean City, this attractive house for $378 per night is a great choice for your next break. NOTE * PLEASE SEE OUR VIDEO OF 888 4TH STREET IN THE PHOTO SECTION Location, Location, Location! This lovely beach getaway is just steps from the beach and boardwalk - a short 2 minute walk. 888 4th Street is a first floor unit. Since we are a first floor unit there's no struggling up lots of stairs with luggage, beach supples and groceries. Our four bedroom, two bathroom house comfortably sleeps 12. Great amenities include an inviting and spacious living/dining/kitchen area. This open and airy house provides lots of room for relaxing, visiting, and eating. The large dining room table is particularly perfect for game nights. The master bedroom has a new KING bed and master bathroom with a full size shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds for comfortable sleeping. The bedrooms have black out shades so you can sleep in if you wish. The last bedroom has two double/full beds. It sleeps four and has a large cabinet with toys, games and books. Kid love it! Of course there is central air and each bedroom (and the living room) has a ceiling fan. The hall bath has tub and a huge counter. Both bathrooms are large and nicely decorated for your comfort. We take great pride in making sure that our house is your home away from home. Our cleaners make sure that you have a immaculate house. We drive down many Saturday during changeover to check on things. We maintain our property with continual refurbishing and upgrades. Many of our tenants return year after year due to the many extras and amenities in this beautiful beach getaway. 888 4th Street is a duplex with first floor convenience and two entrances! Just think, no long steps to climb with luggage or groceries. Add an easy two minute walk to the beach and you have an wonderful place to enjoy your vacation! You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don;t need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. (Tenants provide sheets.) The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more. We made this house perfect for families! 888 4th Street has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. We provide a pack 'n play, high chair, booster seat, bathroom step stool, night lights, outlet protectors and more. The living room has a 42' flat screen Hi Def Plasma TV and Bluray player. Each bedroom has a TV and some have a DVD player. We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free. Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for at least three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room has a nice shower surround and a locking door for privacy. We also own 863 Brighton Place, directly behind 888 4th Street. We recently purchased a third house at 859 Brighton Place (right next door to 863 Brighton.) Both of these other houses are also first floor four bedroom houses. The VRBO listing numbers are 335221 and 601752. This is ideal for large families that need multiple houses! We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. Call or email for additional info. 1 block walk from the beach which allowed us to easily skip sandy lunches for a quick, convenient lunch break at the house and to get the little ones back for naps. I believe we missed in the listing that there was an upper level for another family, so we were a little surprised by their stomps lol… there are also still quite a bit of steps for someone who has trouble walking them. A few steps to the front porch (seen in pics) but also to the side door and inside from the common areas to the bedrooms. The house is still very spacious and comfortable! Had 7 adults and 4 kids but never felt crammed. Kitchen is nicely stocked with accessories and plenty of towels and wash clothes for everyone.

This is such a beautiful home and it was so perfect for our toddler, they had a few toys and a bunch of Children’s books! The bikes were wonderful and they had beach toys, but the weather didn’t exactly cooperate. The porch was perfect for relaxing and the proximity to the boardwalk made it easy to get the family up there. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a very nice spring break at this home. The property is very close to the boardwalk, but a few blocks from the busiest parts, giving us easy access to fun but still enough peace and quiet. The owners were very communicative and responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to come back in the future.

The property was perfect for our family! The covered parking was really helpful given that we had an extensive amount of rain during our travels. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and around the town on multiple days. It was easy to navigate the first floor and just a few steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms which felt helpful during our travels with three young kids. The games and books (we mostly used the kid's ones) were a big hit and really helped to provide some fun and entertainment. The master bed was comfortable and we liked the amount of pillows and blankets that were readily accessible, as well as the shades for all the bedrooms (It was wonderful to have a dark room for a napping child). Having a step stool under the sink for the kids was a great inclusion of the property. We were very pleased and would love to stay here again.

Thoughtful Host and Great Location
Sue was extremely communicative from the beginning of the reservation process, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable with the process.
She provided an extensive list that answered all of our questions regarding check-in, procedures, rules, etc. and was available throughout our stay. She even checked in with us to ensure that everything was going well and we were enjoying our stay.
The home itself is beautiful, and is about a 1 minute walk (1/2 block) from Oves and the boardwalk.

Amazing rental, great location, excellent host!
I highly recommend this property for you next visit to Ocean City, New Jersey. The neighborhood was very nice, super close to all the attractions in the area and only a 25-30 minute drive over to Atlantic City. Susan was an amazing host and her property was very well equipped. My kids loved the bikes in the garage, she even had beer glasses already chilled in the freezer! We’ll definitely be booking with Susan again for our next stay.

We had a great stay. The owner was very accommodating and texted to check in with us during our stay. The only thing I wouldve wished is to have bedsheets come with the rental but this seems to be the norm for rentals in this area. Will definitely be back again soon.

Wonderful Stay
We loved this house. It comfortably accommodated my family and my out of town family. It is clearly very well maintained inside and out. The owners were lovely and kindly checked in mid week to make sure everything was okay. I also loved how close it was to the beach and boardwalk...perfect for the little kids. I would absolutely rent this house again.

We stay in OCNJ every year and haven't found a property that we truly love, until this year! We would definitely return to this property. We like the layout and fully appreciate the cleanliness of the property. Bonuses include towels being available, LOCATION, overall amenities, ease of check in, responsiveness of owner, etc etc.! Only complaints would be not great wifi strength and the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

The place was extremely clean. It was well-stocked with towels kitchen appliances, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, books, and games. The owner was very quick to respond to my calls and texts and provided a wonderful welcome packet with detailed instructions for check-in/out, as well as recommended activities in the area.
