I took my mom and sister on a post Mother’s Day get away. You are literally on the water- gorgeous views, great wild life, fishing right off the dock. The house was beautiful, open concept, and clean. My sister has a physical disability and this set up was perfect for her.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest only mother nature will make her call when the time comes a little rain of course ,check out day clear up we all know how that goes but have to tell U the stay was pleasant quite peaceful fishing was also good too just our stay wasn't long enough, we enjoyed our experience their looking forward to stay a week or so next time .

Beautiful location and very comfortable property

My family and I stayed the weekend with friends and had the best time. The house and views were perfect. We will definitely be back again.

The rental was the perfect place to unwind after a hectic Christmas season. Although the frozen Chesapeake threw a wrench in our family polar bear plunge plans, it was nice to take in the views of the frozen winterscape from the comforts of the hot tub. Overall, the house was very clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were in great shape. All of the beds were very comfortable, especially the memory foam bed in the master bedroom. We definitely would rent this place again and plan to do so in the summer time when the open water will hopefully be more inviting.

Had a small family gathering there, lots of sitting room, and a big enough kitchen for multiple people to work at the same time. It is beautifully decorated, with an open concept, making it feel bright and airy. As mentioned in other reviews, it's true the couch had some stains, but you can tell it is from spot cleanings and the type of material. We found the couches to be nice and big, and very comfortable for sitting or lounging! Combined with sunrises and water view, it's a peaceful place to spend your days. Good for small gatherings, friend retreats, or family getaways!

Overall was a good time. Property was clean and wasn't far from town. Was good to get away!

We had a low-key Bachelorette weekend at Brian's property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for just that and the hot tub was a huge plus. Plenty of space for everyone that came and communication with Brian was easy. I will agree with other reviews that the only downside was the dirty couches and overall lack of cleanliness, but it was not a deal breaker since everything else was very nice!

This is an amazing location on the waterfront with gorgeous views. It is the perfect location for quiet R and R as the water is not inundated with excessive boat activity. The house is laid out perfectly for family gathering. The only issue is it could have been a bit cleaner. We arrived at 3 am after an 11 hour delay at the airport due to weather. We had an 18 month old baby and found that we had to make the beds. The main living room furniture needs to be replaced due to stains and dirt. Even my husband and adult son did not sit on the furniture. There was also confusion about checking out… instructions on the bulletin board said to clean the property before check out including the bathrooms . A bit difficult to accomplish before 11am check out but I did it. I thought there was no housecleaning so I wanted to leave it clean for the next guests . Despite these issues, we had a wonderful stay on the waterfront and I would choose the rental again because it was the perfect location to attend my nieces wedding in North East.

This property fit us so well. We loved the open floor plan. Having 2 showers was a plus too. The hot tub was a highlight...so fun. But the view was my favorite, just so breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the view from inside the house and from the deck. We brought a big raft and the kids just floated out into the bay everyday. We also brought lots of puzzles and a deck of card. Tried to fish and crab but nothing was biting but we all had fun trying. And everything worked great: the coffeemaker, ice maker, central air, dishwasher and the hot tub. No complaints. We brought all our own sheets and towels so clean up was alittle easier. Thanks for a great week.

We had a lot of fun staying here. The house has a nice open kitchen/living room/dining room area that is good for a large group. The view of the bay out the house is beautiful. A/C worked well and, in general, the house is nicer than it looks in the pictures. One thing to note is that if you aren't diligent about closing the screen door at night, a ton of bugs will get into the house (this was summer at the bay after all) and there were indeed a bunch of dead bugs stuck to the ceiling and walls near the door to the back. The requirement to wash and dry all sheets and towels is also unusual and a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker considering the other benefits of this house. I would stay here again.

We really loved the view, location and property update. We were also able to rent a boat for a day from a marina nearby. We did have an issue with the cleaning service. (Poor job). I spoke to Brian about it and he assured me he would look into it because he was told it was done. The furniture was in need of a deep cleaning as well. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Brian was a Very nice man to deal with.

Loved the location. Check in was fairly simple, just needed a little guidance. House is beautiful, I will give owner that. I read everything before I went so I was already aware of what others said about cushions etc. Be aware... I would NOT travel to house between May - September. We had no AC the entire trip. It was 100° and owner was aware of this. We immediately thought something was wrong when it never cooled by next morning. Owner already had someone come look at it 6am, which we didn't even text him until later. This confirms he knew it didn't work before we arrived. He did not offer to have someone drop off extra fans or money off for our stay. He simply just texted hope its not too bad but gotta order a part. He lives in Pennsylvania, he is not close for any problems. Maryland (I'm originally from here) gets in the 100s and I'm sure he knows this. My parents are in their 70s and they stopped in and couldn't handle it at all. They were sick from heat and had to go home. The no AC ruined our trip and was a disaster. *****If you're traveling during the summer, I would choose another house. *****

What a beautiful location! Brian’s home is situated right on the water with spectacular views of the Bay! The house is comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. We had a BBQ with other teammates in the afternoon and the girls enjoyed floating on the Bay! We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The view was amazing. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from University of Delaware (25 minutes) which was a perfect choice over a hotel. We were able to have some families over after the graduation giving us the perfect place to celebrate. Only wish we stayed longer

The house was clean and spacious. We were relaxing there with hot tub with great view. In checking-in, we did not get how to open the key box after puting the code the owner indicated us previously. The pity was that the dish washer did not work unfortunately. In any case, the location is good to take a rest viewing Chesapeake Bay.

For my birthday I took 7 of my girlfriends on a weekend getaway to this property for a relaxing good time. This house is amazing right on the water and the views are AMAZING!! We had such a great time we didn't leave the house. The property owner had great communication, we didn't want for anything. I am so grateful this place was available, it really was a fun relaxing time in a great location. I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back.
