Nestled in Lake Nacimiento, this attractive house for $700 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy fresh are and the outdoors. Lake front home. 5 bedrooms plus two large sofas. Community portable launch ramp is available the private dock is located on a 61 acre lease. Huge outdoor living space deck with BBQ, ping pong. Large open living space inside with sofa sleeper. Sleeps 10 in beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, stainless steel appliances, marble counters, stained concrete flooring, vaulted ceilings. 6 person jacuzzi on deck. The home is also near many wineries. Justin and Dubost wineries are only 25 minutes away along with 10-100 more within 30 miles.

The house and location are great for family gatherings or large groups. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious with ample room to gather or find solace. The kitchen was fully stocked with a large dining table for communal eating. The view from the balcony was stunning! The boat dock is a 5-minute walk down the hill, but the water didn't look swim-worthy.
If you're looking to get away from people and urban living, this is a wonderful refuge. Be prepared to drive about an hour inland from town on a winding road. Make sure to bring what you need to the house as there is nowhere to purchase goods within an hour.
The only issue we had was the Wifi. Not sure if this is a consistent problem or a one-off, but I can imagine satellite issues arise from time to time in this remote area.

We literally had the best time ever staying here! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house was perfect for our group of ten, plus 2 babies and 2 toddlers. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and then some! The house was really clean, nicely updated and really spacious! The views from the house are unbelievably gorgeous. Access to the dock was very easy. You can either drive or walk.. we would drive down if we had a lot of stuff, but we also enjoyed walking since the lake is at a reasonable level right now. Our only regret is not staying here longer. Probably the nicest and most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. We will 100% be coming back to stay here!

This house is absolutely amazing! Right on the lake with a private dock, the home is filled with upgrades everywhere including amazingly comfortable beds. The home is fully stocked with everything, and having a commercial ice maker and filtered water makes packing for a week so much easier. We launched at the marina and the home is about a 9-minute boat ride from there. The owners will help with anything you need at a moment's notice, you just need to give them a quick call. We are grateful to Cynthia & Loren for their hospitality, and their lovely home, and cannot wait to stay at this property again.

We had some difficulty finding the place, but that was on us, not because of inadequate directions. The house is situated on, what all 10 of us agree, is probably the most scenic spot overlooking the lake.
The house was clean, the a/c worked great, the foosball table was top notch, the industrial ice machine is a huge plus, but most impressive of all was how accommodating the owners, Cynthia & Loren, proved to be. When we had problems with our boat, and there were many, they came to our rescue, with great enthusiasm, every time. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, you will enjoy the owners, the house, and of course, Lake Naci.

This is an excellent place to stay! The house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, refrigerator space and even an ice machine! The gigantic patio overlooks the lake and dock and the ramp was easy to access. The owners were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was super nice, clean, a lot of stuff were provided, food in the pantry, boardgames, shampoo. Excellent wifi. The owners lived in the same area and we're super helpful with whatever questions we had. There is a launch ramp that we used that was very convenient. It was tricky getting to the house but the directions the owners provided were very detailed and we were able to find it. The whole family had so much fun, no complaints about the property or the owners.

House is large with very nice great room, very well stocked with consumables, (lots of) towels, washer/dryer and detergents, etc. Floor and entrance very handicapped friendly. A little disappointed that our lake inlet was dry, but it is a severe drought, and there is a dock accessible via short drive.

Having your boat at your own dock to take out as you want as well as a great hangout in a popular part of the lake. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond . We needed some cold medicine and they were nice enough to walk some down which was a life saver. We’ll definitely come back

If you need exotic spices, for sure bring your own, but the basics are all there. Bring your own coffee, too, but there were plenty of filters! The two large refrigerators will hold all you need for meals and be sure to bring everything with you because you're going to be off the beaten path. Which means as much privacy as you desire!
The five bedrooms will accommodate you quite well. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows if you need them. Cleaning supplies are also well-stocked.
I also want to say that the checkout process was designed by the owners to be E A S Y! Pick up after yourselves, keep things manageably clean, and start the dishes before you go. That's it. Easy-peasy! And you're out the door.

Wish there had been water in front of the house but the lake was at 14%. Owners were very helpful and we worked it all out. Great experience and great house.

The property is second to none. First class accommodations. More importantly, first class landlords, who are on the property above you. Immediate responses from Cynthia. Water level is low, but they relocate to accommodate the renters. I highly recommend this rental!!

The photos of this property do not do it justice. It's a spacious home and the view from the deck is beautiful. We spent 3 full days here, one enjoying the home and kayaking on the lake, one exploring Paso Robles and on the last day we rented a boat from the marina.
The drive in to town did deter us from exploring the area more. But it is a lovely place to relax, unwind and enjoy the lake.

A lovely home with a beautiful view of the lake. Close to wineries such as the Justin Winery. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy! Quite a ways away from town so make sure you come with all the food you'll need.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it enough justice. The house was clean, fully stocked with the kitchen essentials and laundry, and there are even two refrigerators! The view was breathtaking and so peaceful, and the setup is perfect for outdoor dining. If you are looking to get away form people and the nestle deep into nature, this is the place to go! We will definitely be back. *Bonus was the great communication with the owners, Cynthia and Loren throughout our stay. Thank you!
