About this house rental
Spring Hollow is a newly/totally renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2-story house ( with central air). The main floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry with back entrance, small private study, Master Bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a queen and a futon. Upstairs bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom/twin on top.
Covid-19 cleaning procedures.Your safety is our #1 concern.Our goal has always been for spotless cleanliness, in this pandemic era we have added disinfecting all doorknobs, light switches and hand rails. Disinfectant wipes for your use while visiting are available to you as well.
You will love the brand new kitchen equipped with utensils for in-home cooking. The dining room and living room are adjoining areas, perfect for conversing with family and friends. The laundry room has a backyard entrance/exit. Perfect access for the kids to run and play. Note: Our home is well off the road. You and the kids will enjoy the wide open space. The front door leads to a peaceful porch. Enjoy the morning quietness out there!
We are with-in 20 minutes of Strasburg, Sight and Sound Millennium Theater, Rockvale Outlets, Tanger Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, Cherry Crest Farms (corn maze!) and many other Lancaster County attractions.

Once you drive down the street and walk into the home peace and relaxation sets in. The house was perfect for what we needed and the home was filled with laughter and family memories. If the weather was better we would have enjoyed the fire pit. But one of the highlights was looking for the cows every day.

This property was a perfect fit for our family! It was comfortable, located in a quiet place away from the busy spots in the Lancaster area, yet close enough to Sight & Sound Theatre and other attractions that prompted our visit.We found it very easy to relax here. While we didn’t meet the host face-to-face, their warm and welcoming nature was evident in their communications.I highly recommend staying at this property. Should we visit the area again in the future, we would love to stay here again!

We came for a wedding at the Old Village Mill in Strasburg and this was a great location! 15 minutes from the venue. The house was great and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet, peaceful countryside with beautiful views. Loved the front porch and back deck- cozy living room and well stocked kitchen. Great house for a family stay. Would definitely stay here again! Enjoyed chatting with the host family- very friendly. Highly recommend!
