About this condo rental
Situated in Oak Island, this lovely condo for $276 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. "Relax and Unwind" in the beautiful community of Oak Island. Great for families and those who want to get away from the crowds but still be close to restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. This Ocean Walk condo is immaculate, tastefully decorated and furnished. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the covered porch/balcony. This condo has all the amenities of home...Cable TV, High Speed Internet, state of the art stainless steel appliances, small appliances such as blender, mixer, toaster, Foreman Grill, and lots of pots and pans. Corian countertops, ceiling fans in all the rooms, washer and dryer in condo. Master bedroom has a private bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a connecting bath. All of the bedrooms have king size beds and tvs. There is a dining table that seats 4 and a counter bar that seats 4. The living area has a sofa, love seat, recliner and flat screen tv. The condo is steps away from the elevator to make loading and unloading easy. It is also located near the large swimming pool. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed! LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be provided by Sharon's Linens and Beach Rentals. Departure cleaning of $100. This condo is managed by the owner, and we do our very best to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation! The beach, Dairy Queen, Sub Shop, some restaurants, and a grocery store are within a block. Golf, tennis, skateboarding park, piers, and marinas are nearby on the island. Area attractions include historic Southport, Bald Head Island, the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and historic Old Brunswick Town. Myrtle Beach is within an hour's drive and Wilmington is just 30 minutes away.

We enjoyed the spacious and very clean condo, quick walk to the beach and very close to the pool! We enjoyed the seafood at Pelican’s which was ready for pick up and we could eat inside the condo which with three kids is always more affordable and enjoyable for us.

This property was just as described. The location to the beach was awesome. The pool was nice. The elevators were so helpful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We had a wondeful stay.

We had a great week, condo is very nice, spacious,clean. Rooms are big, we had 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Location is great for us. Short walk to the beach,grocery store, and many different shops.Would Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this place. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. It was perfect for our vacation with our daughter and her family. It was furnished with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were king beds and comfortable. Was walking distance to beach and grocery shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Oak Island. We hope to be back next year.

Absolutely Beautiful condo. Everything you need is provided. As well as everything within walking distance, beach shops, candy/ice cream store, Food Lion, pool and of course Beach. Owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this gem!

Family Vaca to the beach lead us here. A condo in the second floor which I have found to be harder to find but we liked not having to do up another floor. Very clean and had lots of cooking supplies that helped during our stay as we cook alot. Just minutes from the beach. It was very convenient drive to everything including a good lion! They also have an elevator which we didn’t know until we were packing up to leave and also biggies to help haul more things but we loved that and will definitely remember for next time !

First time staying here it was actually ALOT nicer than the pictures it was beautifully decorated and very spacious! We loved it! Walking distant to a lot of stores and eating places we got a golf cart to ride everywhere and it’s not far to the beach loved the pool too! We definitely enjoyed our visit!❤️

This condo is in a great location. Very close to the beach. Parking is easy. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The beds are older and creaky, and we’re used to quiet memory foam, so we felt/heard every move each other made. But I’d guess that most rentals are like this. AC worked great in the middle of August! The condo has all you need, and it’s clear that the owners have thought of everything. I would definitely rent again.

This rental was just as described. Plenty of room for 3 couples and one child and the unit is well kept and very clean which is always one of the most important things. The walk to the beach is only about a block but it's nice to have a beach wagon to haul things in if you are not renting a golf cart. Would recommend to others and would stay there again when in Oak Island.

Not quite as expected
We appreciated how clean and well equipped our unit was. However, the vrbo advertisement for this property did not accurately describe the type of condo. We had not expected such a massive complex (with a malfunctioning elevator for most of our stay). Being on the second floor we heard every footstep above us. Pool area needed more attention. The deck was dirty and a lot of sand on pool bottom.

A short walk to the beach (about 1 block) and walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated - we did not have to rent them or bring our own. The condo was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Balcony is small but with the heat and humidity during our visit, only one of our group spent any time out there (he's from Florida - he loves hot weather). The owner was very responsive to questions on minor issues when we arrived. Overall a great week spent on Oak Island. The property can accommodate 6 people but we felt more than 4 adults staying in the condo would be too crowded, especially with 2 bedrooms sharing a bath. There is a half bath that came in handy at times. The main dining table seats 4; two people would have to sit at the kitchen bar. It would work for 4 adults and 2 children but not for 6 adults (in my opinion)

Summertime week getaway
We really enjoyed staying in this well equipped, nicely furnished condo, near the beach, restaurants and shops. The owners made communication easy, there were plenty of amenities that we used (including beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards), and the kitchen was well stocked for food prep. Adults and kids each had our own space for restful sleep after full days of swimming and sunshine. Despite the many units and community pool, it was pretty quiet in the evenings.
We would definitely return to stay here, as we have family in the area, and this condo met all of our needs!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this condo. The walk to the beach was a breeze (loved that the owners had chairs and an umbrella for us in their storage container), the condo was super clean, and it was also within walking distance of some great restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo and lovely owners. Wonderful location, close to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and parking was great too. Spacious condo, great amenities and loved the morning sun on the porch. Clean and well kept. We really enjoy our time and hope to be back again!!! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication was great and prompt from the first time I inquired on the property and throughout our stay.
Pool could get a bit crowded at times but beach is such a short walk. The only thing missing for us was a hairdryer so bring your own if you will need one! Condo was very clean with a spacious layout and we enjoyed having our coffee and reading books on the balcony. We did not figure out there was an elevator until a few days into our stay but the two flights of stairs are not so bad and closer to where you will park. Clearance is a bit low on parking so be cautious if you have a larger vehicle or using a roof rack. All in all a great experience!

Perfection! The condo was incredibly clean, easy to get into, roomy, great access to the beach and everything we could’ve needed was there. The hosts were incredibly sweet and responded quickly if we had any concerns. We took our daughter who is under a year old and this was the perfect place! We can’t recommend it enough!! We will definitely be back again soon!!

Stunning condo. Very clean, beautifully updated and close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and the commutation with the owner was fantastic. We are already planning for next years stay here.
