About this house rental
Situated in Palm Bay, this lovely house for $479 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Spend your next trip with friends and family in this almost 4000 square foot home. Some of the details of this beautiful home include: 1/2 acre lot, newly built, salt pool and spa inside of screen enclosure, lake side property, large stand alone soaking tub in master, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The extra long driveway has tons of space to park your vehicles**Maximum amount of cars parked at the home is 6**. 25-30 minute drive to USSSA Sports Complex, 1 hour drive to Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 drive to Disney parks and 20 minute drive to several beaches. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are within an hours drive. Business travelers are welcome for long term stay as well! Although I want you to enjoy your stay to the utmost level, you must also be respectful of this peacefully quiet community. This is not a party house, so excessively loud outdoor noises, guests parking down the street, large events or unapproved gatherings/parties will not be tolerated and may result in your stay being cancelled without a refund. If you'd like to fish(catch and release) in the lake, you must do so only on my property directly behind the home. There are no motorized water activities allowed on the lake in this community. Please use caution when around or in the lake and do not let small children or pets venture near the edge of the lake. Please use extreme caution when using the pool. Children should be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and hot tub. Enjoy your next visit to central Florida while staying in this gorgeous space! *PLEASE make sure to thoroughly look over all of the details in the listing of this home to answer any questions you may have. I am happy to answer any questions that you can't find the answers to. Although we do our best to keep the property in the best shape that it can possibly be in, there will be times where things are overlooked or may need to be fixed while guests are in the home. Work on the home may have to occur while guests are checked in, although this would be a last resort. Refunds will not be given for amenities being temporarily out of service, such as the pool/hot tub or the air conditioning. The host will make every effort to get these amenities back in working order as quickly as possible by contracting out reputable companies, but there may be delays depending on how busy the companies are. **Maximum number of guests allowed in the home is 15**

This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)

We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 3 families together total of 5 kids and 6 adults and we still had extra beds to spare. The home was in excellent condition and the pool and spa were set to a perfect temperature every day. The owner was prompted when we had questions! We were a group of 9 girls celebrating our best friends' bachelorette party. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pantry items. One thing to note, the house doesn't have cable. The TV's are all set up for Netflix, Disney+, etc, but you need to have your own login. Otherwise, everything either met, or exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Cindy!

Initially upon arriving to the home it was awesome, when it was time to go to bed we realized the linen was not cleaned at all - good thing we travelled with extra linen. I will say with every concern or complaint that we had Cindy was on top of it. House is very well stocked and the pool was awesome as we were in it everyday. If ever in the area we will stay again.

We had an excellent time. The only negative for us would probably be that the fishing was catch and release. The kitchen was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet. I would suggest adding shower mats to the tubs and showers as we found them to be a bit slippery. Also the fee for the hot tub is not clearly explained in the writeup. Gorgeous home and the huge grill was a plus.

Relaxing
This house had enough space for four families to share and we all had our own privacy. It is not only a beautiful, well maintained home, but the surroundings are very relaxing. We had four cranes that would come visit us every evening. This was the perfect house for our group of 14.

Great Location
We were a large group of 15 people, ranging in all ages from pre-teen to 80 something. The house was comfortable enough for all of us and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. The house is located in a beautifully kept, quiet neighborhood. The house is well kept and sufficiently stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen accessories, etc. Having access to the lake for fishing or to just chill was great. The pool area was clean and provided a variety of pool accessories that we were able to use. The kids thoroughly enjoyed that! The BBQ was a nice size for grilling almost all of our food at one time! A major PLUS!
Our family travels like this all the time and by far the greatest asset this house has is Cindy! Cindy was beyond phenomenal! She is the best we have ever dealt with. She is excellent with responding to questions, comments, or concerns in a timely manner. She really knows how to cater to her clientele.
Our family really enjoyed ourselves and will someday return. We will most definitely recommend this location to others.
