3rd visit to Naples Bay Resort in the Cottages . First time renting with VRBO host rather than the resort . Excellent 2 bedroom unit overlooking the tennis courts but very quiet . Alan , the owner , was extremely responsive and organized . Some if the other units are a bit tired but he has upgraded much of the unit including flooring , furniture, TVs and nice LG appliances . Well supplies and comfortable beds . The property itself is beautiful and well run with spa , workout room, tennis , bar and restaurant. My only negative is the outside hallway lights that shine I. The bedroom but this is a consistent problem with all the units we have stayed in . Highly recommend this unit and host .

We stayed over Christmas. We loved the unit. It has been updated and is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We’ve stayed several time at Naples Bay and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive.

The apartment was very spacious and clean with plenty of home comforts, throws,cushions, pillows, bedding and towels. All the appliances worked and TVs in each room. Air-conditioning was good & the balcony was a
nice treat as not all apartments have one. Beds were comfortable & large bathrooms. We slept well, it was quiet with no noise. The complex itself was luxurious, tidy & well maintained - sorry to have to leave it all behind!! Would definitely recommend this cottage & would certainly return should we visit the area again

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was very close to the pool and restaurants were also close by. The unit itself was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. Alan was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great property. Alan was a great at communicating. Our favorite part of the vacations was renting a boat from the naples bay resort and marina. Super great price that we ended up renting it for 2 days! Highly recommend this place. Location was perfect for shopping, dinning, night life, beach and boating!

This was so very disappointing!

The location was great with places to eat very close by including at Naples Bay Resort. Bayfront Village is very close and downtown is a few minutes away. Communication with Alan was easy and he was helpful. The pools were great and they are on the cottages side of the resort. There is a resort amenity fee of $50 a night and $200 resort admin fee which seems high to me to use the pools but it's Naples. I chose the location because of the nearby restaurants and pickleball at East community Park.....

We had spent the week before our stay on the beach, so we were. Looking for a pool oasis, which this property is. Adult only lap and swimming pools, paired with a hot tub. Childrens / adult swim pool, and lazy river were all excellent. Chairs, towels, water station and on-site food delivered to one’s chair made for relaxing afternoons. The unit was well appointed, comfortable, and spacious. A full kitchen, elevator to second floor ,and airy porch were great amenities. The owner of the unit was very communicative and helpful.

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at the Naples Bay Club. Our cottage was perfectly equipped for our 10 day stay. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The facility itself was great in all aspects. The location is just off 5th Ave where you can’t find better dining.

The Best on the Bay!
My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at the Naples Bay Club. Our cottage was perfectly equipped for our 10 day stay. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The facility itself was great in all aspects. The location is just off 5th Ave where you can’t find better dining.

Looking forward to a family vacation. Our group included two couples and two children. The day before our arrival Alan contacted me to say that the master bath shower was not working but should be fixed shortly. This was disappointing since I had picked a property with two full baths. Alan assured me that the master did have a tub even though I preferred having two showers. He also suggested I send me guests to the pool showers. Seriously I would never suggest they go to the pool showers to get ready for their day and evening plans. The first night we used the master bath for the children. And that was the last. The next day and for the remaining trip we had no hot water for the master bath. As for the master shower, it was never fixed. This was an inconvenience but there was no time to find another rental. The private bath that I had promised my guests was now used by all.
The condo was nice. Well stocked. Nice kitchen.
I did receive a small refund of $145.

Family trip to Naples
Great experience at the cottage in Naples. The location and amenities of the cottage and resort were great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Just a short walk to the family pool area with food/bar service, lounge chairs and cabanas. Spent lots of time by the pool enjoying the sun! 4 pools on the cottages side but 2 of which were adult only 21+. Shuttle access to shopping and beaches is a plus!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property and booked again for next year! We love the location and nothing can beat the amenities at Naples Bay! Alan is awesome at responding back quickly with answers! We stayed a month and really didn’t have any issues!

This condo is lovely and right next to the tennis courts. Would definitely rent again. Alan was very responsive and the listing is accurate. The walk to downtown is a noisy but the resort has an hourly shuttle. Close to some wonderful restaurants.
