About this farm stay rental
Located in the heart of Kelly Country. Treat yourselves to a special break in the of the North Eastern of Victoria. Explore the 50 acres of bushland, sit by the pool or rest under the canopy provided by 50 year old apple trees.
Day trips can include Benalla Art Gallery Wangaratta, Wineries in the King Valley or Miliawa's Gourmet precinct including Brown Brothers Epicure to select a wine to enjoy with your recently purchased Milawa cheese. You are truly secluded on this 100 acre farm let. The children will delight in the open space.
A large spacious house framed with a 7 foot high hedge on one side and a pine tree enclosed paddock on the other.
Settle in and enjoy the quite or explore the rivers, ride the rail trail or visit those the producers of epicurean delights.

Can we bring our Pets?
Yes, dogs cats etc are always welcome at the farm. Whilst pets are welcome in the house, you may choose to secure dogs in the dog run whilst you are out and about enjoying the local area. The dog run has recently been renovated and updated - it will suit average domestic dogs. The dog run has a water supply, ample shade and would measure 2m x 3m. If you have a special breed with special needs I would prefer that you give me a call to discuss.
Are there animals on the farm?
Yes, Cows with calves (depending on the time of year) and Alpacas.
Golden rule in the country - Leave all gates as you found them
The property boundaries:
Looking out across the back yard through the apple trees, 2 fences to the right about 100 metres, the small shed across the paddock is just on the other side of the boundary and looking to the left to the end of the pine tree paddock about 200 metres. Looking straight ahead to the top of the hill and through the bush paddock to the end. There are walking tracks in the bush.There is also a small lean-to and barbecue at the top of the hill.

Could not operate the dish washer despite following the written instructions.TV would not stay logged on to Internet. Technician who tried to rectify this half succeeded.but then the same fault came back. He suggested that a new set was required. Could not manage to get oven to operate. Gas hobs were OK.Steps into the pool were too steep for older people to use

If you're after some peace and quiet, this is the place to stay! So relaxing, great facilities, clean and space to breath and just 'be'.The host (Sue) is communicative and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Good although rather isolated location. Lovely setting. House was fine but the cupboards and draws were untidy and unclean. General cleanliness was fine.

Beautiful property with loads of room for everyone and enables peoples to have space or come together.Facilities great and in good condition.Would highly recommend for a country escape.
