Family farm house with three bedrooms, air conditioning, large lounge room, wood burning fireplace, 75 inch TV, dinning table seats 8, BATH TUB, 2nd toilet in laundry, creek frontage, large outdoor alfresco areas with fire pit, BBQ and pizza oven, big gardens with fruit trees, pet friendly, NO Neighbours looking over the fence… Emu’s, goats and chickens right next door.

Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating and helpful. The property was as described and was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. It is in an excellent position to explore the local area and the host is more than willing to provide information on local sights and things to do.

Lovely big living room, comfy big bed, kitchen OK, road noise annoying, the place is cute but a bit tired. There were three of us so we enjoyed having plenty room. Overall quite OK but maybe a bit pricey for three people, might be better value for larger group.

A great rest and relax farm house to stay. Having a lovely wood fire in the lounge as we played board games and cards at night and in the cool mornings. The firepit was great for the cool nights and toasting marshallows!Kids found it a bit hard with inconsistent wifi. However; they got used to not having it with the horses across the road and the emus to go and watch. Pubs and Restaurants are only a 7min drive away. Chris was easy to get in touch with if we needed. Our 2x small dogs enjoyed their stay with us and settled in well. Fully fenced area. It is by a main road, so just make sure the gate is shut to keep your furr babies or small children safe. We would return.

It was a very hot weekend so the solitary aircon really struggled to cool the rest of the house. Stove was really old and would have appreciated some instructions on how to use that or the pizza oven. Bbq ignition button didn’t work either. Fruit trees outside were nice and my daughter enjoyed the emus next door.
