Nestled in Gulf Gate Estates, this attractive house for $266 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Nice and Quiet, Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom house close to #1 Siesta Key Beach and Downtown Sarasota. We do not rent through Craigslist and do not accept Paypal or cash payments. Great Place to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast. Perfect for families or a couples get away. The home has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. As your host, I live locally and will be available for any needs or local information. Local attractions include Van Wezel, St. Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, local recreation like paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, loads of fishing, Myakka River State Park and more. Come enjoy Sarasota! Recently renovated, this home features two bedrooms, an air mattress/ pack-n-play are available, a screened/ heated pool with a spacious covered patio that has a dining & seating area. Relax by the pool in the lounge chairs provided for your comfort. The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen has all your necessary appliances; with granite counters and breakfast bar. The dining room is great for dinner guests. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a nice master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The laundry room has a front load washer and dryer. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash. This home is centrally located and is close to the Westfield shopping mall and the Sarasota Square Mall. It is 3 miles from Siesta Key beach and just a 2.5 mile drive to 140 stores, restaurants, movie theater and food court. The new University Town Center Mall, St Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota are all a short drive away. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota alone! Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bicycles, canoes, or go hiking. Its a short drive to Venice, FL where you can visit Caspersen Beach to dig for sharks teeth. Go for a bike ride or take your daily walk around this safe and clean neighborhood. Pack up your beach cooler and chairs as it is only 3 miles to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Lovely property in a great neighborhood. The property was super clean inside and out, and it is exactly as described. We enjoy cooking, so we appreciated that the pantry and kitchen were well-stocked. Tricia is an excellent host—extremely professional and responsive. Look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed all the extras.....like what we needed for beach fun!! The open concept made for great sitting space and beautiful views to outside landscaping!!! Pool was amazing and warm. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the home was ideal and made for easy short drives to most places we visited. Would highly recommend and look forward to future stays.

As advertised! Perfect for our family trip, had everything we needed. Well laid out, well stocked, and ease of communications are all exceptional! Close to the beaches, close enough to 75 if you’re like us and like to seek out dinner and entertainment options outside of the beach scene. Highly recommended listing!

The worst vacation ever. this property offers everything the advertise minus one very important detail. After you leave the place you will receive text from host implying you broke items or even worse that some of the patio items to be exact chairs are missing. the inbox message received said 1 chair was missing now i was charged for 2 missing chairs apparently as the days went by the amount of missing items increased.
This is not my first time using VRBO so on my departure I did not take pictures of the furniture in the patio nor I have control over what happens after we left the property . Any future costumers should be in the look out for charges after stay. I was charge extra money for missing chairs. I am very disappointed with this money hungry host obviously not much of a business' person but a very lucrative , dishonest scammer. I honestly hope nobody else rent this property and i will certainly will not recommended for future VRBO users.

This house rental went above and beyond our expectations. It’s so beautiful and spotless. Super clean. The hosts thought of everything. It’s well stocked with every amenity possible. The pool and lanai was incredible. The home is truly immaculate, extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished with exquisite decor. We loved our stay and will definitely return. It will feel like your home away from home. Tricia was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. Don’t hesitate to book this gem. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

We had the most fabulous time at this property - I especially loved all the beach things we had access to (beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc) our kids had a blast in the pool, the home was super clean upon arrival, a short walk to some great stores & restaurants & our favourite spot ever - Siesta Key.. just a short drive away. This made for a perfect family vacation spot (our first time as a family post-pandemic). Lots of kitchenwares to use, great beach towels, spices in the cupboard. We loved it. Thanks to David & Tricia for a great spot!

Exceptional property! We've been local to the Sarasota area for almost 20 years; and this property is truly an incredible place to stay. Located in the highly desirable Gulf Gate neighborhood, it's close to Sieta Key for easy beach access, but also conveniently located just off Tamiami Trail (Hwy 41), a major thoroughfare to bigger cities with lots of restaurans, grocery stores, and other retail and hospitality along the way. Don't underestimate the Gulf Gate neighborhood itself, there's a number of cute restaurants, grocery stores, and retail within walking distance (approx 1-1.5 miles away) ... really nice bakery (L'Opera), a great, casual, taco place (Screaming Goat), and "neighborhood/dive" pizza place & bar (Shaner's - he's from the Midwest, so that's the special tie there). Brine is excellent as well; and Ruth's Chris is literally 5 min away - you can't ask for more! The property has been nicely updated with tasteful decor (not tacky bunk beds or trashy Ikea furniture) and decored with a soft, beach theme. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed with full sets of dishes (melamine for being poolside and ceramic for eating in the dining room), w/ lots of pots and pans, knives, kitchen tools & utencils, and linens. Didn't pull out the crockpot, but we did use the hand mixer ... again, this is a full kitchen! Nice appliances (worked well), granite countertops, &updated lighting made the kitchen a delight to use. Oversized washer & dryer appear to be brand new & worked like a charm. We didn't take advantage of the beach supplies, but there were toys, chairs, beach towels, & all kinds of stuff for a beach adventure to Manasota, Lido, Venice, or Siesta Key Beaches. Pool was perfect w/ lounge chairs & an adjoining lanai w/ full outdoor dining room table (comfortably seats 6). Pool water temp was perfect (even in Dec/Jan)! The backyard is gorgeously landscaped with lots of mature palms and provides a ton of privacy. Neighborhood is very quiet, but neighborly with lots of walkers and leashed pups taking advantage of the sidewalks in front of the houses, very friendly. I'd highly recommend this property and the managment team; Trisha was delightful to work w/, responds immediately and served as an incredibly gracious hostess. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the property; it's in excellent condition! When booking your next trip, don't pass on this property if given the chance, it's truly the perfect spot for your next getaway!

Our family had the best time staying at this house. The overall process was a new experience for us and Tricia made it very smooth. The pool is in excellent condition and where we spent most of our time. Great family getaway! The house was very clean and well keep. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was extremely clean and had wonderful amenities for us to use such as everything you would need for a day at the beach and to cook your family great meals!! The managers of the property were extremely responsive too and super friendly!! I will definitely stay at this home again in the future!! I highly recommend it!!

My biggest complaint is that we did not stay longer. With prices of everything this year it wasn't the best time at least for us to travel. But, I am so happy we did. The house is just as listed. Clean. Everything you need. Felt like home. Close to Siesta Beach and many others. Nice neighborhood to walk and close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of it.

Tricia was a pleasure to work with prompt with responses and helpful. Just a few minor things for observation for the owner. The vertical blinds need to be replaced (several veins cracked or kept falling off) the outside back and sides of house need attention, floors in screened in porch needed to swept (we did that ourselves) same with inside floors. Those we feel were minor things and am not trying to sound critical just honest so that owner is aware for future guests, but overall very nice. Very sadly we had to cut our trip short due to the passing of a loved one. We would consider staying there again.
