Nestled in Oceanside, this attractive house for $1,142 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a gorgeous oceanfront unit, which is part of a triplex, and is the TOP 2 LEVELS of the entire triplex. The entrance is one level up from street level. This floor has a large dining room and kitchen with all granite counters, appliances, and all the supplies you need to cook. There is an oceanfront deck off of the dining room. Also, on this level are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a deck which is on the east side of the home. One floor up, there is a large living room with an oceanfront deck, and 3 more bedrooms with ensuite baths (one bedroom with an east-side deck), plus another full bathroom in the hallway. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation! PARKING: 2 Parking Spaces (Tandem) in the Garage Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. This place was perfect for our group of 11, ages ranging from 4 to 83! I was able to cook large meals in the well-appointed kitchen while watching the waves of the Pacific roll in. You cant beat that! We were also not far from some delicious restaurants and stores. The market, only 2 blocks away, came in handy for a few items i had forgotten. Of course, i was able to have a lovely walk in this beachside community as well. We had more than 2 vehicles, but street parking was always available.

We love this property. It’s our second year for our retreat. The only issue is that ceiling fans have tons of dust on them so couldn’t use. Also, slow drain in in bath sink off the kitchen. Look forward to next year!!

This place was definitely not the same as pictures. When you see the pictures you think that you’re booking your dream once in a life place. But it’s far from great.

The process is annoying, u have to fill up a list with all the peoples coming names, sign papers online and not to mention that if you need any details about the listing like your wifi password you have to open a file on the email to access the details.
It’s not integrated on your vrbo booking like other websites.
It’s a two story in a 4 story house. You get the third and the fourth levels with no direct access to the beach. You have to go through the bottom house and outside to get to the beach i mean the rocks because no beach in front of you. ( just a pathway to the beach ) more than six thousands for 2 nights
If you just search lisitngs for Hawaii you can book a big 5 bedroom house for 5 days with a huge pool for the same price ( summer time may to August 🤷🏼♂️
There is an elevator but it’s not working or they shut it off, so u haul your two big bags 3 stories from the garage to the third level rooms each guest.
The microwave was not working and the other cheap side one on the counter was missing the glass rotating plate. We asked them to address the issue and they sent a maintenance guy right away but to tell us it’s night time will replace it in the moring. And no one showed up in the morning
We have kids and we needed the microwave.

No board games or anything for kids
And the last thing there was no closet nor side tables or any tables whatsoever. So u basically open your bags on the floor and put your shoes next to it.

We enjoyed our stay at this big house. Plenty of room for everyone. Waking distance to the pier. Big big house. All the kitchen stuff there so nice we didn’t have to buy anything. Plenty of towels.
The only thing I took a star off is the cleanliness. We have 2 toddlers and the floor was dirty. We could not put them on the floor at least in the main room. Overall great property and if we ever in the neighborhood we will definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 5 rooms for adults and the large bunk room for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. The views were outstanding. Would rent here again.

This company had wonderful communication throughout the entire stay. The place was very clean and the views were awesome! It was perfect for our family trip! Having 2 different levels made it feel incredibly spacious. The grill and the hot tub were also nice features. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely property with a great view right on the ocean. Children and adults all had a good time. The kids especially like the “bunk room” which was their headquarters for fun. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was also nice to give each group their own private space and then there was plenty of public space in the dining room and living room to gather together.

Property Management refused to correct issues with the tenants in the unit directly under ours. They partied night and day with disregards to everyone. Needless to say, we had no sleep for two days as the noise ordinance was not enforced. We called property management numerous times asking for the situation to be dealt with and received no help. When threatening actions were made towards us, once again property management dismissed our concerns. We felt extremely unsafe with the riffraff and activities going on. As stated check yelp for reviews that reflect this property and others managed by Beach Front Only Vacation Rentals.

We reported all of these issues on our first day and only one of them was fixed by the time we left 4 days later. The maintenance staff was responsive and polite but ineffective. If it was an isolated issue we’d just roll with it, but there were so many issues we were left feeling like the property is poorly maintained. We won’t be coming back or recommending this to friends. The view and location are great.

The property description was accurate in terms of location, layout, & amenities. Customer service was great & answered all our concerns. Only wished that the elevator was included with the rental fee (extra $100 if you want elevator access). The place was available a day early so we decided to rent it and we were so glad that they gave us a discount. The whole place was clean and well-maintained. Bigger coffee mugs will be more appreciated. Our family reunion had a blast. We would love to come back someday. Highly Recommended!

We stayed in this condo for two nights, only our second short trip away from home in the past year. We were celebrating a family birthday, but we also just wanted a relaxing couple of days away from "normal" life. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. We had more than enough room for our family, and we enjoyed the view and the location. It was a bit chilly for beach weather, but we were looking forward to hanging out in the condo, exploring Oceanside, and relaxing in the spa in the evening. Sadly, the last thing on our list didn't work out. Our first night there, we found that the spa wasn't warm and wouldn't heat up. We called the management company who said they'd try to come out that evening. That didn't happen. Nor did they follow through for most of the next day. When I finally called them to follow up on unsatisfying texts back and forth, they assessed the issue with the spa without even coming to the property -- definitely made it sound like they had known about the problem prior to our arrival -- and wouldn't be able to fix it during our stay. Sadly, a small credit they offered didn't really help that our expectations had not been met, and they since haven't returned my calls and messages. The experience feels a bit hollow; I'm not sure we would return, even though we did enjoy many of the things about our stay. It's a lot of money to spend, given the frustrating circumstances that we experienced there, especially since it could have been foreseen by them and avoided.
