Situated in Isle of Palms, this lovely house for $700 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 1 Sea Shell Lane Home is just steps from the beach and pool. Great location for families. Kitchen has granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat stove top with downdraft and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' Samsung flat screen in family room. Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpeting everywhere else. Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses. We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs. Please Note: summer rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday. Keywords: Beach House

We had a wonderful stay for a few days during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The location was very convenient to our family in Mount Pleasant, and it was a short distance from the grocery store and IOP restaurants. Ray was thorough in his response to our booking and provided great communication. The home is well appointed and steps away from the beach.

We were in town for a wedding event. This was a perfect place for us to stay with six adults. The property owner was quick to respond to all communication and check in was very easy. The home was well supplied with bedding, etc. and clean. We loved being so close to the beach! We hope to go back in the future.

Overall our stay was great, the house was clean and well maintained. The check in process was very easy and Ray answered all question in appropriate time frames. The House is in a great location for the beach and the pool. My family all said they would definitely return for another vacation. The only critique would be for 4 couples staying at the house, possibly adding another queen bed in the room with the two single beds. We were all very happy with the vacation and the owner Ray.

This house is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The property manager came over immediately to help us with the new TV. There’s a pool just steps away, and the ocean beach a very short walk down the same street. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Sea Shell Lane. Ray was communicative about an unexpected maintenance call and shipped us an item left behind. Thank you! The house was clean and comfortable and the proximity to the beach is awesome. We cooked a lot and felt the kitchen well stocked for the task.

We had a very nice stay at this beach house. We loved the easy access to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk. Very close to the grocery and bridge to Charleston. We rented bikes during our stay and found it to be a great area to ride, whether on the roads or on the beach. The house was reasonably comfortable. The queen suite on the first floor was nice but the bed was uncomfortable. Also, it would be nice if the locks were updated to allow keypad entry. Two keys were usually enough but making sure you had one was inconvenient and It was difficult to put the keys back in the secured box at the end of our stay. Mosquitoes are somewhat dreadful. Be prepared with Off. We left two days early due to concerns about Hurricane Ian. We would definitely stay again.

The owner really did think of it all!! So many small extras that just made our stay easier since we flew in and weren’t able to bring much with us. And the location was fabulous!! So close to the pool and the beach! It doesn’t have a beach view, but honestly that’s the only thing it’s missing!! We found it didn’t detract from the trip at all! We had 5 adults and 2 young kids (4&2) and it was perfect to have kids and their parents on the first floor and the rest of the adults upstairs. Ray is very helpful and sends you info beforehand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this property!!!

This was a perfect home for our family. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The extra living room gave us space to spread out and still be in the same space. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the best properties we've rented.

This house is VERY livable. We stayed for 2 weeks! Beach access is easy, the pool is a nice alternative to the beach, the air conditioning works GREAT, the beds are comfortable and the general house layout is perfect for gathering and for privacy. We would definitely stay here again, and the owner (Ray) was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect home for multigenerational family vacation including kids and grandparents! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and all the house and area have to offer. Ray was very communicative during booking, prior to checkin, and during stay. He even sent out information regarding IOP beach rentals and recommended restaurants a month out to allow sufficient time for making reservations during the busy season. Can’t beat the community pool shared among 12 houses but honestly felt like a private pool as few others ever there. We’re already talking about booking another summer vacation for next year and look forward to working with Ray again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This is probably the best furnished beach house among the many where our family has stayed. And it’s only a short walk down 42nd Avenue to the beach. Isle of Palms beach access includes a handicap accessible “runway,” so we were able to pull our stuff to the beach in a beach wagon. Property manager answered all our questions promptly and accurately. This house is definitely a winner!

Property was in an excellent location (very close to beach, community pool and fine restaurants). Home was well furnished and neatly decorated. Ray was a "super host" who was very responsive to our questions! Loved the beach towels, beach toys, chairs and beach buggy that was provided by the owner (made for an easy 2 minute walk to the beach with all our beach stuff). Home was well furnished (Kitchen items, etc.). Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again in the future!

We loved the location of the home we stayed at. Isle of Palms is absolutely beautiful. I love how it’s only 25 min away from Charleston. If we decide to come back we will definitely stay at Rays house again, great house for kids as well! My children are 8, 6 and 3. Short walk to the public beach access. If you decide to come visit Isle of Palms make sure you make reservations to local restaurants. Many of the restaurants were not available. I was bummed, really wanted to try the Italian restaurant but reservations were booked out a month! You won’t regret visiting Isle of Palms! Also if you plan on visiting Charleston make sure you book reservations for restaurants there as well. Three personal favorites, SNOB, Magnolias, and High Cotton.

We were a group of retired couples. The house was lovely , very well stocked with kitchen supplies and close to the beach. The owner left detailed instructions for everything and when we had a question, responded quickly. We had a wonderful stay on Isle of Palms.
