A bonus is the enclosed patio which sits ground-level just off the pool for a shaded picnic or reading spot. The interior decor is sleek and soothing with all new furnishings while the recently remodeled kitchen features updated cabinetry and Bosch stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 -The oceanfront master suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers a king bed, a flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, glassed-in patio and a dreamy master ensuite featuring a honeymoon size spa tub, a glassed shower, and his-n-hers vanities. Bedroom 2 - A guest bedroom is also located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed, flatscreen TV and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath and quartz-topped vanity. A note reading "DO NOT set a/c below 74" and stating that if set lower it might freeze up and stop cooling was prominently placed on the refrigerator. The unit was uncomfortably warm. I didn't want to incur repair bills and I knew that the property management company was aware of the issue, so I sought other accommodations after one unbearably hot night. (My email instructions did give an after hours number "for true emergencies", but I didn't think that a known a/c issue was an emergency being more likely due to an undersized unit.)
There were long dark hairs on the bedding and towels and the towels were of a sort one might expect at a homeless shelter.
The lower level patio had 2 standard chairs instead of the 4 padded chairs pictured and all were filthy with what appeared to be construction dust. The garage contained construction debris as well.
This was my first and last Vrbo experience as the unit was not as advertised and was dirty.

Overall was great. Suggestions for improvement would be more places to hang towels and wet bathing suits. And this is more my own personal preference, but the lighting is all the cool white color. Switching to warmer LED lights would help.

It was a beautiful condo, great view. Very spacious. The community itself was very pretty. Very pretty landscaping. We enjoyed walking over to the pier. And the pool was awesome. Friendly staff

The pool was great. It was large enough that you never felt crowded and there was an abundance of pool chairs too. Everyone was very helpful. The property was excellent and was very comfortable for a family of six. We were able to enjoy all the amenities the property offered.

We would stay here again and have already told multiple friends that we found a great townhome for a family vacation in the Keys. Awesome rental with ample space and an incredible pool! It was extremely clean, comfortable and the perfect spot for our young kids to experience the Keys! The kitchen was well stocked. Communication regarding what would be provided made packing an ease! We abolsutely loved this little slice of heaven in the Keys and would love to return some time! Super clean! Everyone was helpful and kind. It was clean, easy check-in process, and communication was great!

A few things to improve would be a bigger shower head in the master bathroom as it doesn’t cover your whole body on any of the settings and the bathroom seems luxurious so shower is a disappointment! Other than that we loved the place. A few suggestions for Mariners club…get a few playlist options at the pool. The same 50 song playlist got old day after day. And on the wish list would be a pool bar! Swimming with the dolphins and fishing were two things our family really enjoyed! Everyone was friendly and polite. Overall an easy company to rent from. Only thing I would ask for is an upgrade in the beach towels provided as they don’t dry well and are super thin.

Great spot for families. Not good for Spring Break parties, which is a GOOD thing. Love the space, everything was awesome. The only tiny thing was getting used to walking through the garage to get to the pool. I would give it a 10, but would like to keep it a secret! Very professional and great to work with. One minor concern was over-communication of check-out instructions. We knew we needed to be out by 10am, but didn't need to be reminded 3 times.

SUGGESTED: So much dockside dining and live music, get out and explore. Both of the ladies I spoke with in the office and in the phone were pleasant and helpful.

You wouldn't want to go in there with a white glove inspection. This is Covid Virus times so be a little more responsible. We had to clean the Condo and Lysol it down. The security officer in the guard shack was very rude. He was very disrespectful. The woman Officer Claudia was very friendly. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back. Thank you.

Upgrades to porch were pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend kayaking with Aquaholics. We were up close and personal to a manatee and dolphins. Great paddle for families. Everything was easy and ready to go.

Great Vacation Spot
This is a great property quietly tucked away in Key Largo. Our unit had a great ocean view andpool view, was close to the pier and marina, and was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels!! It is close to attractions in both Miami or Key West, which is great for getting out and doing things.
We checked in and out after hours and it was seamless. Security on site was extremely helpful and personable. I would recommend if you are coming in after hours to do grocery delivery (we used Winn Dixie at 10pm) because that saved us several hours and they brought it right to our kitchen table.
Overall it was a great vacation!!! Would definitely go back.

The accommodation was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every day, it was clean and kept beautiful. Everything was great, if I was to get picky, it was interesting the access to the pool from the house without walking around the building. The garage opener inside the house didn't work, but there was not direct entry to the garage to go to the pool door, having to open the garage door to access the back patio and pool access was interesting. The other thing that was different than other homes we rented was the lack of spices and condiments. Again, a minor thing, but to cook there one would have to purchase all of them for a meal or two. Other homes it was left for the next renters. If they were comfortable using it they did, if not they went and bought more. Again, they are minor picky things. The property was BEAUTIFUL, it was furnished beautiful and we totally enjoyed out stay there. The Security was friendly. Very nice spot we would be back again. MGR RESPONSE: We are delighted to know you will return! Our apologies the garage was temporarily unavailable to use as the contractor was waiting for the items stored there from the recent renovation to be hauled away. As to the spices, for health and sanitary reasons, Florida Hotel/Motel regulations require all opened food-stuffs, which include spices, be removed after each guest. Although inconvenient and an extra expense for guests wanting to cook, we hope you understand we must adhere to their rules. Your team is very helpful and friendly. I was in contact via email as well got a quick helpful response. In person they were equally as helpful recommending places in the area to eat, things to do, the information packed was very helpful we used it several times. They made our check in very enjoyable and personal.

Wonderful Place
This is a great property, beautiful pool and views for the water. Nice place to go for a walk and there were plenty of pool chairs for everyone. The place was very clean and well furnished. The unit we had did not have steps to the pool (which we didn't realize) so we had to walk around the building often. Also the hot tubs were not working and that was very disappointing. The property management team does a great job of communication which was so helpful.

Didn't feel that it was made clear that there was no staircase to the pool from our unit so we had to go around the building. also the bonus room was not accessible from the unit either which wasn't clear - you couldn't tell either of these things by the photos. Also we were terribly disappointed that neither one of the hot tubs were working during our stay. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies the garage was unavailable for your stay as materials from the recent renovation were temporarily stored there...it is now open and clean! The hot tubs are also back up and in running order with the heaters replaced! I think the team does an excellent job at communication - they were supper clear and so responsive to questions.

Lovely condo. Perfect location for wedding at LightHouse Beach. Ceiling fan in 2nd floor guest room thumps and there were no kitchen towels otherwise it exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Barefeet Rentals AMAZING
The unit itself could use a good helping of TLC but the location was convenient. The OUTSTANDING aspect was Barefeet Rentals. VRBO had an outdated listing of a DVR in the unit. Our family of 6 had purchased the box set of Mission Impossible movies to watch together in the evenings. Upon learning of our disappointment that there was DVR in unit, Barefeet's owner had her personal DVR installed in the unit for the duration of our stay. THAT is service that goers above and beyond.
