Ground level: Downstairs: a large two-bedroom efficiency-style apartment featuring an open living space with flatscreen TV, a pool table, 2 full bathrooms with step-in showers, a king bed in the semi-private bedroom. (The bedroom is not completely private as there is no door dividing it from the main living space) and twin beds in the second bedroom. A ground-floor open-air patio sits just outside the sliding doors on this level. Upstairs: The main living level with full kitchen facilities, an open living room with a large flat-screen TV, a dining room that comfortably seats eight with extra seating at the breakfast bar, and a patio. The master bedroom on this level has a king bed, walk-in closet, vanity, bidet, jetted tub, and large separate shower in the ensuite bath and a flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom on this level has queen bed, a flatscreen TV and the guest bathroom is just outside its door. Beautiful property with plenty of room for the nine of us. There were a few minor maintenance items but for the most part we had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy a nice long weekend together.

I tend to be a bit critical by nature, but I can't complain at all about the Mariners Club Condo association and the Unit at 801. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the upkeep, landscaping, maintainence and facilities at Mariners Club. I've been to Grand Cayman and St. John, Maui and Kauai among others, so I've seen a lot of nice resort areas and can attest the Mariners Club was excellent. The pictures of Unit 801 do not show how spacious the unit actually is. Very nice furniture. Great having the kids downstairs (we had a party of 8). Two adults and 6 young adults ages 16-21). It was a perfect setting and arrangement. Water pressure in the showers needs an adjustment, but no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay. Took day trips down to Islamorada, Marathon and Key West. The only thing the Mariners Club is missing is a beach. But if your PRIMARY goal is to find nice beaches, the keys not the place. The keys is about boating, sport fishing, diving and water sports. There are very few sandy beaches, without rocks and seaweed. Some of the beaches we went to included Founders (Islamorada), Bahia Honda, Smathers (Key West) and Fort Zachary Taylor (Key West). But I would absolutely recommend Mariners Club. If I had a boat, what a great opportunity to place it right there in the Marina. Fitness Center, pools, pickleball courts, clubhouse/game room were all excellent facilities. Thanks again!

Would be nice to have garbage and recycling schedule on information sheet in house.. when we arrived, both containers were completely full… Foliage in drive way is nice, but can’t walk between car and palm leaves without lifting branches… very friendly check in.

The other complex amenities were very nice (beautiful views of the sunrise also included). Condo 801 was very spacious and clean. A few minor things (low water pressure, clothes dryer was aged, confusion with garbage pickup) did not deter from a great time. Good location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again (in fact, wish we were still there)!

Dont want to be redundant... Ashley and Sheila were great all the way through. There was one other lady I spoke with in regards to the guest list and unfortunately do not remember her name but she was JUST as courteous and helpful.

The outdoor grill in the picture is completely trashed on the inside and not functional. The trash cans are by the front door and they were overflowing and stinking on our arrival. It took 3 days before they were emptied. So room for improvement, but still very nice,

Fun in the Sun Bachelorette Party
The property was amazing. It was very close to a number of restaurants, as well as places where you could kayak, snorkel, or take a sunset cruise. Our party consisted of 6 women all over the age of 35 who were there to have some fun in the sun and celebrate my soon to be SIL. It didn't disappoint!

House is generally good but owner needs to repair main shower door, grill (which is really gross), main bedroom door and back patio/grill area. Mariner’s Club is well maintained.

We were a group of 6 people , visited this place in April end . This place is spacious and was clean when we arrived . Furniture in the house is old and the jacuzzi didn't work .
