Close to the Turtle Bay Resort, Best Beaches, Pristine Ocean, Tidal Pools, Restaurants, and Golf Club House. *The Newly Renovated Turtle Bay Resort is now open for your Enjoyment. This Kuilima Estates East condo unit is a legal vacation rental. It's prime location is very close to the resort. Right on the 18th fairway of the Resort's Fazio Golf Course, it's just a 5 minute walk to the Pristine Turtle Bay Beaches. Kuilima Cove and the resort is within a 10 minute walk and you could be surfing or having a Sunset Cocktail at the Resort's Pool Bar within 15 minutes. The Golf Club House and Lei Lei's Restaurant is only a 2 minute stroll from your front door. This well equipped unit has everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable and convenient. * The private bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, AC and it's own ensuite bathroom. The living room has a brand new 3 seater American Leather sofa, an Ekornes stressless leather recliner and Air Conditioner. * The 2nd, hallway bathroom is perfect for your visiting guests or kids, with a shower & tub. * Besides the King Bed in the bedroom, there are 2 quality fold up futons and 2 quality airbed mattresses to accommodate your children and friends. Such a great location and beautiful condo. Bernie and Kama were both so welcoming and kind. The place was spotless and comfortable with lots of fun surprises to borrow to play with at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Location is next to the Turtle Bay Resort which has upscale dining and a great beach. We were able to shop locally and tried the local food trucks about 15 minutes drive. The owner and manager were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our time here.

Very comfortable and well equipped condo, in a beautiful location. We loved the beach that we could easily walk to across the golf course and through the open wooded area. Watched the sunrise from the golf course or the beach, and the sunset from the bar and grill at the resort. The owner and manager were very quick to answer any questions. Was a great experience. Will most likely be back.

Great location. Clean unit. Lots of fresh linen and towels. We love to get away from the hustle of Honolulu and spend R &R time on the north shore. Some great food trucks and places to eat. Lots of beach areas with amazing sunsets. Lovely pool. Well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the fresh ice cubes in the freezer…and the box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts never goes unnoticed. Comfortable bed. The two bathrooms are a must with 2 couples sharing the unit as it sleeps 4. We usually have gone as a couple but it was great to have our daughter and her husband join us this time! Hosts are exceptional! Very accommodating!

Great location, clean and comfortable condo with lots of space for us. Very good communication from the start, no issues. Also received tips about what to do in the area. The condo was well stocked for basic needs (dishes, towels, etc.) and extra beach supplies (chairs, towels and boogie boards). You are right off the golf course, quick trip to Turtle Bay and snorkeling adventures. Can’t say enough good things about the management,

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Tremendous location as we traveled to Haleiwa and Kaneohe during our stay. The cleanliness and communication were second to none. It truly felt like home.

The house is great, and commication is easy and helpfull. The house has everything you need for a relaxed stay and is an easy drive for lot's of interesting spots on the island. Unfortunatly we had verry loud early morning neighbours (also ground floor), so we did wake up a couple of times because they moved furniture at 6.00 am.
Other then that the house, the lanai and the pool and distance to shore are really great!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It was a short walk to the beach and our kids enjoyed nighttime swimming in the heated pool. Close to food trucks and markets as well.

The condo came with everything we needed and even provided things we were surprised to find (LOVE macadamia nuts!). It came equipped with plenty of linens and bedding material. Was the perfect location for all activities we had planned on the North Shore and was also extremely close to take advantage of what Turtle Bay Resort offers. The host and property manager were very communicative throughout and available if needed. Beach chairs and towels were present for use which was extremely convenient. We felt completely at home during our stay even though we were thousands of miles away from it. Will definitely be back.

Great property overlooking a quiet golf course and within easy walking/access to beaches and Turtle Bay hotel resort. Stay here and enjoy all Turtle Bay has to offer but without the high expense of staying in the hotel itself. Great communication with host who left thoughtful welcoming touches inside the property.

We rented 6 condos and this was by far the best one we stayed in. Not only was it updated and had everything we needed but the bed was comfortable which is very important to me but it was managed exceptionally and the communication was friendly and prompt!
