Nice room, all clean. I was forced change my original room After my arrival, because there was a very bad smell from the waste water pipes. The guy at the reception ( having a night shift ) couldn't help me ( maybe there was no avaible room ), but in the morning i get new room and free upgrade as apologize. Well done 😉. Very nice sunset view from the top roof swimming pool. Nice breakfast - a lot of choices what to eat. 7/11 across the street is a big plus.
Hotel isnt right next to the beach , you need to walk a bit and cross superbusy road.
99% of the guests are russians. They are really rude and do not respect other guests ( playing loud russian music from the speaker at the pool every day ).

Beach was super close and 7-11 practically connected to the hotel. I only stayed two nights but no complaints at all. Clean and tidy. Some noise at night but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in a larger hotel

The room was lovely & clean , bed great , staff who cleaned & staff at breakfast were lovely .
Most front desk staff were busy on their phones
Well the POOL!!! Probably one of the best views in Karon & you go up to find this uninviting mess really ! No atmosphere what so ever , the fake dirty grass is a trip hazard , no attention to the ugly sun loungers , no bar , . Could be amazing! Breakfast was boring , cold eggs sitting out , 5 out of 10 .
