The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport, so it was very convenient for exploring Istanbul. My room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and supported me with everything I needed, always kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
There isn’t such a thing!

I appreciated the staff's behavior; they were cooperative and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom amenities were decent for the price. It's conveniently located near essential markets, shops, and Acibadem Hospital.
There was no laundry service, no breakfasts or restaurants, and no special entrance for the disabled or those in wheelchairs. The view from the location was of ruined buildings and debris. Additionally, the rooms were secured with keypad locks, which made it difficult for me to enter each time.
