What a great VRBO! We came to St Thomas for a family wedding, and this house perfectly accommodated our size of group. It really has all the amenities you could want, made even better with such spectacular views. Both the host, Colleen, and manager, Divine, were readily available for any questions we had both before the trip and during our stay. We rented cars for our time here, which I would recommend, as the house is a little off the beaten path. Driving was no nig deal here, and would gladly drive again to experience the views this house has to offer. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed with 4 couples for a week to celebrate milestone birthdays. The house was perfect for a group of that size. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. There were plenty of gathering areas inside and out. The pool was the perfect lounging space and we loved the deck for sunrises every morning. We grilled our dinner most nights and ate outside.
This is the perfect place if it is your first stay in St. Thomas. The house is well appointed for pool days, beach trips, and anything you might need. The parking was spacious and close to the entrance. That might not seem like a big deal until you have to carry groceries for 8 people into the house.
The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Storms rolled in at the end of our week, and Divine made sure to check on us. She reached out the next day as our large group dealt with canceled flights and re-bookings. She made sure we felt supported and had any help we needed even thought she was surely busy herself.

We had an awesome stay! My wife and I were here with friends for 5 days and loved every minute. Colleen was helpful and responsive. The place while a little dated was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. The views are absolutely spectacular. Lots of living space, worked great for our family (4 adults 4 teens).
I’ve always wanted to spend Christmas someplace warm, and this was the year! We had a full moon, which was just incredible to see rising over the water.
Toughest part of the trip was getting used to the driving! The hills are super steep… but after a few days it got easier.
Close to Magen’s Bay in one direction, Red Hook in the other. Loved our trip!

Spacious and clean. Wished the pool was warmer, was actually a little to cool for kids to swim in.

My group and I opted to drive while in St.Thomas, and the drive to the property was quite the adventure. Steep cliffs and narrow driveways soon was quickly forgotten when we saw the view from the deck. Simply amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. And the owner had everything we forgot to pack including sunscreen and mosquito spray. The house only had 1 TV, which was a little inconvenient at times, but for the most part, we were enjoying the outside. I would definitely consider renting again

We had a large group stay in the property, the host was very accommodating of those needs. The house is well stocked with basics and the views were stunning. The kids loved the pool, the adults enjoyed the balcony views and breezy outdoor eating spaces.

We really enjoyed this home and the location and spent a lot of time in the pool. 15 min from pretty much everything you will want to do. This side of the island seems to be cooler and has a some quick rains, which we enjoyed under the covered area. The view from the house, pool, and, patio is worth every dime and much more. Would definitely do this house again.

This house has the most amazing views! The house is exactly as the pictures details. The house is great for a traveling family. We spent lots of evenings hanging out in the pool as most restaurants close by 9 and we are use to being up later. Jerscillia, the property manager, was amazing to work with and she stayed in contact with us and helped us out. Truly a great house to stay in.

House was perfect! The air conditioning in the bedrooms were life savers. The house remained hot throughout the day so the cool bedrooms were great! The hosts were wonderful and communicated very often.

Our family and our best friends decided we wanted to splurge on a trip for their graduation. Colleen was so kind to answer all of our questions, and we had a ton since we do not travel much and had never been to the island. The house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. You will have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away. This was a wonderful choice for a vacation destination spot.

This was the perfect spot for our family during a week of wedding events all over the island. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of space for 10 people. We loved having all the beach chairs. We were never more than 15 minutes away from where we needed to be. The only issue was taxi access to/ from the house. We had rented two cars, but no one else did that came for the wedding on the island. They couldn’t get rides to or from the house if they wanted to visit us.

St Thomas is my wife and my happy place and we wanted our family to experience this amazing place. So we brought our 3 adult kids and their significant others and my mother in-law. The views from this home are breathtaking and the location is perfect You not only see a perfect sunrise but the sunset as well. It’s perfectly located between Redhook and Magens Bay and Charlotte Amalie The pool is amazing and the home accommodated the entire family. The property manager is fantastic as she answered all our questions quickly. The only criticism would be to low water pressure in the one shower that is shared with the two rooms The other showers had good pressure so I’m not sure why this one was poor. Other than that the home is perfect. The AC in the bedrooms worked well, no AC in common areas but that is clearly stated in the description but the breeze from the ocean and the windows made it not an issue. The home is very private and you will not want to leave as I stated before the view, the view you will never forget.

I will definitely be back to this home. I’ve been to all the islands in the Caribbean and around the world, to be surrounded on all three sides with unobstructed views of the water was absolutely breathtaking!
The home was very comfortable and plenty of room with even some to spare for my son’s 30th birthday celebration with our friends and family. He even had his own apartment and deck when he got tired of all us “old” people as he calls us!
The pool was perfectly designed to lounge and soak up the view and rays! The bar was pretty much fully stocked even though we stopped in the way and the blender worked great!
The location was perfect for getting around the island but honestly we were having such a great time at the house we barley left for the entire stay!
The owner and the property manager was attentive and always available when we had any questions! Without a doubt. There’s no other place on the island I would rather stay!

Overall everything was just as advertised, some shade around the pool would have been nice. The roads and driveways can be a little challenging, but you get used to them pretty quickly. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room, we had 9 adults ages 43 to 72 and no one had any issues getting Around inside or outside of the home. We had all had a wonderful time. Thank you

The view at the this property was amazing! We used the pool daily, although the water level did get pretty low by the end of our trip. The house space was great with two living rooms. We used the kitchen area a lot, feeding all the kids and it was kind of difficult to work in the small space. Lots of places to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our visit.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much the second time as the first time. Views are just incredible and the proximity to so many incredible beaches (all within 10-20 mins) was great. Also our propety manger Divine is so nice and helped us even schedule a birthday cake for our son. Definitely a 5 star experience for us.

This house was great for our family and friends, with plenty of room to spread out. The views from the deck are phenomenal! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The owner and host were both great to work with! There are a few things that should be done to the property to make it 5 stars. There was no way to secure the house. The side door was swelled and could not be closed and locked. The house is remote enough that we did not worry about it too much. The wifi did not work if you got very far away from the modem. You could not use it at all outside or in the downstairs bedrooms. A few inexpensive wifi extenders would do the trick. The house is showing some age and is in need of some maintenance. Small thing but they add up. The deck is showing age with rusted screws and sections of the flooring are rotting. The walk around outside to the downstairs bedroom needs to be repaired as the hand wire to hold onto is broken. The microwave display did not work, so you had to guess on the setting. Old junk sitting outside behind the lower deck. Just a bunch of those types of things being taken care of would easily bump this to a five-star home. Overall we loved it though!

The views from this property are breathtaking. Pictures can’t do it justice. No matter the time of day, the view is surreal. Excellent set up for all our cooking needs. Stove was broken, but that was not important to us. Also had some trash bins unemptied from previous guests and also some cups at the bar were filled with sticky juice and had to be cleaned.

We had the opportunity to stay at Colleen's property over the holidays in 2022 (Dec 25-Jan 1). We were a family of 6 adults (2 grand parents), 2 young kids, and an infant. It was our first family vacation in a while and it was great to have our own place to spend some time together. The house is located on a cliff with great views of the Atlantic. It is fully furnished with all the necessary items one needs to be away from the comforts of home, especially with younger kids. The property manager, Divine, was very attentive and always a phone call away. Our family wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for anyone and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again. It is close to some great beaches and basically anything you need from grocery stores to restaurants are about 10-15 min away, max. Thanks to Colleen and Divine for a great experience.

Loved staying here for family Thanksgiving. The pool is amazing. My brother was taking notes to build his own. Never got tired of all the rainbows we saw.

Overall, everything was great - the views from the house are beautiful, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and my family and I had a lovely time. Colleen was also very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
The only issue we faced was that the AC in one of the rooms did not
work and the repairman never came to fix.

Colleen was great with communication. Quick responses. The check in process was smooth and they were very flexible with us. Fell in love with the view. I could sit out there all day. Make sure to try to catch the sunrise if you can. It’s worth it!
The only downside was that there is no AC in the common areas making it hard for us to hang out together in the house because it was too hot. But overall we enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much

Despite coming to STT for a memorial service, the accommodations made a bitter sweet trip much more enjoyable. Lots of room to gather or hide for some solitude. Some things needed a little tlc or updating. Confusing lights/switches or maybe bad bulbs? Outdoor deck could use a little repair here and there but nice and spacious with a constant breeze that was wonderful. As soon as the sun was up, couldn’t stay out there due to the direct heat. But an awning/retractable shade would likely have blown away over time. Propane tank ran out before we got there but it was easy to switch over to the back up. At least one bedroom air conditioner was on the fritz and probably in need or replacement. But when we contacted Divine, she sent someone over who must’ve tweaked it temporarily because it was a little better so we didn’t have to continue swapping/sharing cooler bedrooms. Shower pressure in one back bedroom was low but tolerable. If I could’ve left the owner a gift, it would’ve been a nice pair of binoculars. So many beautiful views to enjoy. Garbage drop off is a little extra work, but we’re familiar enough with the island to know it’s just a thing. The pool guy was amazing (probably because he was from NJ too!) and so wonderful to offer to take our garbage on the day of departure so we gave home a few bucks for his trouble. Pool was enjoyable more in the late afternoon as the water was very very warm during the day I think from the solar heaters on the roof?? But later in the day was wonderful. Some sort of sound system would’ve been nice to enjoy outside for cocktail hour each night. The boom box that was there didn’t work with any of our phones. It was nice of previous guests to leave some of their bottles/non perishables. We did the same. We really had a very nice time and appreciate that the description on Vrbo was accurate. Manager response was excellent and owner was very responsive to pre-check in questions. If we ever needed to return with a party of 10 ( hopefully not for a memorial service), we would definitely consider the same property. Thank you to the owner and property manager for making our stay so enjoyable. It helped to reduce our stress to not have to worry about anything.

bad news
e had no water in the house when we arrived.we waste the first day waiting for the water delivery. we had no gas for the stove or oven the last two days of our stay.the property manager was no help at all.she was indifferent.

Perfect for our adult children
With 3 Master bedrooms, this was the perfect setup for our adult children and their significant others. The single guys stayed in the other two bedrooms and we had plenty of bathroom space. The AC in the bedrooms were a Godsend to sleep with. The view is SPECTACULAR!!! We spent most evenings out on the porch enjoying the breeze. We stayed in and cooked a few evenings as the restaurants are a tiny hike from the house. We finally mastered the driving around there. Haha The property manager, Divine, was incredibly helpful. We ended up needing a doctor and a pharmacy while we were there and she was a great resource. We will definitely visit the islands again one day!
