Nestled in Orange Beach, this attractive condo for $465 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Oasis 2308, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 2308! Upon entering, it’s confirmed you made the right choice. Relax in this 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. professionally-decorated condo. The south-facing living area has floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the miles of white sand beach and never-ending views of the gulf. The large balcony provides both inspiring sunrises and vibrant sunsets. Our guests tell us the style and decor perfectly complement the breathtaking views. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55” HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double-sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are each furnished with two (2) queen-sized beds and a 42” HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also each have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath / shower. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area providing sleeping accommodations for a total of 12. Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer). The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet-bar / ice-maker. A large dining table (w/ seating for 6) as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus, the 60” HD flatscreen TV in the living area, internet-connected Blu-ray player, satellite programming, and included high-speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs!! You have covered parking in the garage. There is a state of the art fitness room on the 15th floor with incredible views of the beach and another two hot tubs and saunas on the 14th floor! NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed. Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 3 bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. Must be 25 to book.

Our stay in #2308 at Phoenix West II was awesome. We are a group of college friends from 1966-67 get together and have stayed here for 3 or 4 years. The condo is equipped with everything needed and everybody has there own bed. The gulf view is perfect to watch dolphins early in the morning. Even saw a shark this time. The lazy river is so relaxing and always the highlight of our stay. Julia is the greatest with reservation handling.

The size of the condos are great. There was room in the garage, but they still only allowed us 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. This was inconvenient and unnecessary. The pool had so much chlorine! The first 5 days of our stay, you couldn’t see your legs in the pool. They finally emptied the pool and the water was clear. The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone could need.

This is our second trip and stay at Phoenix West II. This time unit was very dirty lipstick on glasses and cups food still on silverware counters dirty waste basket was totally disgusting. I know finding competent help is tough in our current world we live in but inspect what you expect.

Our family had a great time at Orange Beach this week. The condo was perfect for us. We found it was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues all week. Since it was a little cool we put the indoor pool and hot tubs to good use. The view of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to this area again.

We took our married children and 4 month old granddaughter on our annual family vacation. The beach in October is wonderful. This condo was everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of room to spread out and have space without being on top of each other, but still be together. Clean, decorated nicely. The master bed was a little too soft for my husband and me, but we still slept very well. Stay here, you’ll love it!

Nice Condo. Had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked well. One sink in the master bath didn’t drain well and one remote was missing. I was very disappointed with some of the amenities. Most of the hot tubs didn’t work. The lazy river stayed packed, not a bad thing, though. Overall a great experience and fully intend on going back.

This is a Very Beautiful property with great amenities. Lots of space to relax and enjoy😊. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The 🛌 mattress were a little too soft and squeaky. The beach 🏖 was beautiful except for lots and lots of seaweed. We were able to see dolphins and sharks in the water from our balcony. Overall We enjoyed Ourselves😃

The view and location were really great. We were disappointed that the TV did not work despite 3 adults best troubleshooting efforts and following the guide that was provided. The owners would be better off getting a Roku or comparative device than satellite. Also, there is no service in the condo due to the concrete as far as I understood, but I haven’t had this issue in the past and we come annually to other condos in the same area. There was sand on the bathroom floors when we arrived and a blanket wadded up in the closet which hadn’t been washed. There was limited supplies In the condo so make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. I didn’t knock off a star for this part because it may have been in the listing. I couldn’t remember; but something helpful to know ahead of time. Several of the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and not able to be used. This is a safety issue with little kids because my daughter almost injured her fingers. The toilet seat in one bathroom was very loose which would have been noticed when it was cleaned. One towel rack kept falling apart in a bathroom so we couldn’t use it because I was afraid it would break and I’d have to pay to fix it. I deducted a star because none of these things are a big deal by themselves, but together it got really annoying every time there was something else, especially with a toddler in the house. Also, with the cost of the condo I had higher expectations on things like this. Overall I would stay again if I had limited options since the location was good and it was pretty clean. The owners should really visit the condo and take a close look at everything. Most stuff is easy and cheap to fix.

But even though it doesn’t we still choose them. The property is so nice, the lazy River and water slide is so much fun. The unit was really nice. There were a few things not working/broken, beds and sofa are a little worn but overall we really loved our stay. This condo is great and we’ll be back!

The beach is beautiful and always enjoyable....
Pros: beachfront, spectacular views, good variety of amenities for all ages, condo unit was as listed, kitchen was stocked with plenty of helpful appliances.
Cons: property was not well cleaned, elevators were a nightmare to navigate at times, parking pass restrictions were ridiculous for 3-4 bedroom units, property seemed overbooked and wristband requirements were clearly not enforced....the pool area was impossible to enjoy due to complete crowding and beach protocol for personal tent/chair set up wasn't well regulated. Internet/WiFi services were poor. The air conditioner stopped working our last day there and communication with the property manager could not be maintained after 8pm.

If your group needs more parking space, as we did, you must park in an off-site parking location miles away and pay extra fees, then have someone shuttle you back and forth to get your car if your need it for transportation to restaurants, shopping, etc. We found this annoying, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Overall we had a great time.
Cons-The condo could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom showers didn’t look very clean. The couch and living room rug definitely need a good cleaning. It looked like there was animal hair on the couch. We drove 3 vehicles and did not get to purchase an additional parking pass. I was told Walmart would be a possible option for additional parking when we first booked the condo. I parked at Walmart and my car got towed on the first night. I was able to find somewhere else to park my car where it wouldn’t get towed. The majority of restaurants seemed to close by 9pm. So if you plan to go out to eat, plan ahead. Cell service was basically nonexistent for some of us. Last thing, the elevator situation is ridiculous during high traffic times.
Pros-The beach service was great. The condo was pretty spacious for 7 adults and 4 children. The ice maker was a plus. We had a good view from the 23rd floor.
