About this house rental
Situated in Lake Arrowhead, this attractive house for $584 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. - 4000 sq ft Modern Home on 1 acre - 1/3 mile from Tavern Bay Beach - Extra Large Gourmet Kitchen - 2 large patios - fireplace, fire ring (smores!!) & BBQ - 1000 sq ft game room - pool table - ping pong - air hockey - shuffleboard - basketball - work-out equipment - 70 inch wide screen TV - Brand new smart TVs throughout the house - corn hole game - sleeps 12 Awesome family home. This 4000 square foot home is one of the largest vacation rentals you will find. We have brand new wide screen smart TVs throughout the whole house (gameroom TV is 70 inches). It has 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 1 with additional bunk beds, and 1 with additional daybed and trundle make it great for groups of families. The 1000 square foot game room also has 2 over-sized window seats with covered thick foam that is almost the size of a twin bed. Many teenagers prefer to sleep up there. Gi-normous kitchen to feed all. We have high end Kitchen Aide stainless steel appliances which include a Viking stove, double ovens, dishwasher, trash compactor and even a warming drawer. The outdoor living space is exceptional also. We have a top of the line Fire Magic gas BBQ, a gas fireplace and a gas fire ring outside to enjoy (no wood needed outside). There are 2 large patio tables and additional bench level seating all around. It is a very private deck and patio area with great wooded views. We built the large game room when our kids were teenagers. The kids would spend hours up there playing or watching a movie and since it is on the 3rd level, we couldn't even hear them on the first level. Of course, us adults enjoy the game room too. The outside, which has a fireplace and fire ring, is a great place to relax at night and large enough for everyone to sit around. Of course, if it is cold enough, there is a wood burning fireplace inside. Don't forget the gas fireplace in the Master bedroom that can be enjoyed from the tub or in bed. This house is large enough to get everyone together and enjoy each others company but also large enough for one to slip away to be alone and have some down time. This house is located right next door to UCLA Bruin Woods Conference Center in Tavern Bay area. This is a quiet neighborhood and we would appreciate keeping the noise level down at night after 9pm. As of 2020 my San Bernardino County STR (Short Term Rental) Permit no longer allows me to let my guest use some parts of the private Lake Arrowhead. They have made some access private only to homeowners and they will take our passes and give us a fine if we share them. However, you are allowed access to the lake trails and swimming in some areas. To get a day pass, you need to sign a waiver and pay $10 per person. You can view the beautiful lake from the village and many lakefront restaurants. There are still wonderful trails available through the San Bernardino County Park systems. The house does not have AC like most houses in Lake Arrowhead. There are ceiling fans and cooling towers in every room if needed.

We had a great experience here. The house was spacious and conveniently located. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room with many different options. The backyard fire pit was perfect for making s’mores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Incredible family/friends get together.
This is one of the extraordinary rental stay and its our second visit. Gaming room will make you lively any time. The property manager was so kind to give us extended checkout time and it really helped us a lot. The communications was so easy and very quick.
The only thing I want to point is the lack of closet space. Even though there are wardrobes, but some of them are occupied with stuffs already.

It wasn’t our first time staying at the property. We already knew that the house was gonna be clean, which is the first thing that matters to me. Our kids enjoy the game room the most. We were lucky that it snowed and kids got to play outside. The only problem we had was the heater that just never reached above 65. Otherwise we had a blast.

We had a great time. The property is very nice and clean. The backyard is amazing with duel fireplaces. The game room was truly great and equipped with different games.I recommend this property. The only thing this property is missing is access to the garage for easy loading and unloading the car.

Thankfulness
Planning a trip as Aunts and Uncles to make memories with our adult niece, nephews and their wives, was exactly what the doctor ordered! The open kitchen and living area concept was perfect for chilling and meals around the table. The outdoor patio gave light and fresh air to our open conversations and the game room speaks for itself. A little family-friendly competition never hurts and sure made us laugh non-stop. A perfect weekend getaway turned into a week-long vacation. And a hop skip and a jump to the market or village for treats and sweets! Thank you for sharing your home.
