About this condo rental
Nestled in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $318 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please note: Peak season rentals are weekly with check in and check out on Saturday. Time to slip away and relax. Views of the ocean from the living room and the lake from the master bedroom. Our condo is in the perfect location; close to downtown so you don't have to drive but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of this charming community. Arrive through the gated entrance, pull into the private garage and unload everything onto the private elevator. There are 2 stairwells that access the condo in addition to the elevator. The condo is just across from the swimming pool (open mid May - October) for lounging during the day or a cool dip at night. We have provided all the comforts of home. Enjoy all the amenities provided at Carolina Beach Lake (just across the street). There are paddle boats, kayaks, a walking/bike trail, playground, free movies during the summer and a farmers market on Saturdays. A quick walk to downtown provides tons of entertainment. There are carnival rides (during peak season) and games, Britt's donuts, live music, ice-cream, bingo during the summer, wonderful boardwalk, restaurants, shops, etc., etc., etc. Enjoy the Thursday night fireworks from the pool to avoid the crowds downtown. The condo has 3 master bedrooms all with queen size beds and private bathrooms (linens are not included but may be rented and delivered via local services). There is also a twin over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle in one of the bed rooms. An additional twin sleeper sofa is located in the foyer. Large living area for relaxing while enjoying HD TV with surround sound, blue ray DVD player. There are lots of DVDs to choose from (for kids and adults). Each bedroom has it own HD TV for you enjoyment. Bring your gaming system for those teenagers that need to get their game on. Large living area with comfortable leather seating. Extra fans in every room for those that need the breeze indoors or the noise for sleeping. If you prefer to cook occasionally, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, bake ware, plenty of dishes/flatware and glassware (including beer and wine glasses). The appliances include a cook top range, double ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, hand mixer, blender, and lots of other gadgets to help in the kitchen. The condo boast granite counter tops and hardwoods throughout the main living areas. Bedrooms have soft carpeting. Bathrooms have ceramic tile floors. Keyless entry doors to access the condo and garage. Garage door openers provided for easy coming and going during your stay. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The garage houses pool and beach toys, chairs and coolers. For those Freeman Park goers there is an air compressor (90 psi) for inflating your tires and a shop vac so you can go home with a sand free vehicle. Due to previous damage in the garage, the owners have installed a security camera in the garage. There is also plenty of things to do within a short driving distance. There is the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, the Fort Fisher Ferry, piers in both Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, Freeman Park on the north end of the island, the Battleship in Wilmington and the Tregembo zoo in Wilmington. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The condo is so nice because there is plenty of room for a family of 8. It is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We have stayed here twice and were very happy each time!

We enjoyed the condo and had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect-everything was within walking distance that we needed. We rented a 4 & a 6-person golf cart-they fit nicely in the garage. As noted by the owner, the ice maker did not want to work correctly but we planned ahead and did not use it after the first day. We purchased ice from the ice box across the street from Stoked at the boat docks ($3.00 for a 20-pound bag). There were plenty of beach chairs (nicely hung on the walls), coolers, sand toys (in a bucket) and the grill in the garage. Plenty of coffee filters, baggies, foil, dish washer soap, hand soap and toilet paper - we brought some, just in case and left some to keep the supply going. We did move the spices to the cabinet above the fridge since we did not know how old they were or who's they were. The pool was clean and only a few steps from the garage - it looked small but the week we were there, it was never crowded. Mentioning the next 2 items just so the owner knows-not a big deal at all-the washer left little white things on your clothes after each wash (probably from sand not being shaken out of things first). We made sure to shake piece of clothing before putting them in the dryer as to not clog the dryer with them (maybe needs a service in the off season) we did wipe it out between each load. The beds sounded crunchy & you knew anytime someone moved. Thank you for sharing your condo with us & we hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was great. The rental was extremely clean which is a major plus for me. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Parking my car and walking to everything available is yet another plus. Hope to return next year.

We had one issue with the shower Door but that was taken care of the owners were right on it the layout was perfect and the place is much bigger than we expected right in the heart of Carolina beach was able to walk to everything very easily hope to go back there next year

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a family vacation! Perfect location to enjoy the beach, walks around the lake, the boardwalk, Britts doughnuts and dinners and ice cream! Great spot to watch the fireworks as well. The pool is a nice spot to cool off after a morning on the beach. We are already looking forward to next year!

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit. Michelle Stiles is really the most accommodating owner I have ever encountered.
Their home provided us with all the amenities that we could possible want and need while we were there.
It's in the best location, close to the boardwalk/beach, lake, and it has a pool!
What more could you ask for....
I traveled with my mom, 2 children (10&6) my niece and nephews (17+17+12). We celebrated 2 graduations from high school and 1 birthday while we were there.
My nephew and I cooked like chefs the whole week!
If you love coffee and steamers for the kids you MUST check out Majik Beanz!!! I am obsessed, we went there every day. Trust me, it's worth the wait!
If you want to stay in CB in the middle of everything this is the place to stay. We will def be going back, I may have to book now after my review lol.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The layout of the condo with three bedrooms and attached bathrooms accommodated our family of 6 adults. Baby gates were provided which helped in keeping our baby grandson safe. Not only was this condo perfect as far as the layout, but it was also very clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the pool that was in the condo complex. We will definitely be looking to rent this VRBO for another family vacation!

Only complaint was there were teddy grahams in the blankets on the top bunk so you know they weren’t cleaned prior to our stay. Other than that everything was great! Only complaint was there were teddy grahams in the blankets on the top bunk so you know they weren’t cleaned prior to our stay. Other than that everything was great! First annual girls trip since start of the pandemic. Michelle’s condo was in a wonderful gated community, close to restaurants, shops and boardwalk. Condo was very clean and spacious! Would definitely start here again and recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Wonderful place!
Finally able to reunite with family after way too long!!!! Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and large enough for everyone to have plenty of space. Some of us had to work a bit while there and internet and separate spaces was fine. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very short walk to beach. Michelle was super quick to respond-much appreciated. Beautiful condo has everything you need, just like you were at home. Close to the beach, the boardwalk and some good restaurants. The ice cream shop right across the street was a nightly stop for us.

PERFECT LOCATION. PERFECT CONDO. AMAZING OWNER.
We booked our trip to Carolina Beach blindly 6 days before our arrival. We knew nothing about the area. Michelle answered a few questions we had immediately & what a huge factor in us deciding to book her condo. The location is absolutely perfect & walking distance to everything you could want in Carolina Beach: restaurants, boardwalk, and the beach. Given the pandemic, we really apreciated the extra COVID cleaning prior to our arrival & the private elevator to avoic unnecessary contact with others. The condo was spotless & had everything we needed (she even left freeze pops for our 2 girls & niece ages 4-9). The girls were OBSESSED with the bunk beds & that whole room/bathroom set up. I'm not sure we'll be allowed to stay anywhere else if we return in the future. Also, the extra things in the garage were fantastic. The kids used bikes & we used some chairs too (but there was a ton available!). What a nice extra touch. The neighbors were even super sweet as we encountered them throughout our stay.
Also, Michelle has a handy binder about the condo & local things in the area. We referred to it as the "house bible". If it was in the "Bible" it must be good... Michelle says! Excellent recommendations in there.
Honestly, I just couldn't have imagined anything more perfect considering we made a last-minute decision to cancel our trip to Myrtle Beach & find some safer. We're so thankful to have found this location. Just book it! You'll be glad you did :)

We had a wonderful vacation despite the rain we had this week. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the place was very spacious. My only complaint would be that 10 people couldn’t all sit together for a meal but we made the best of it. Thanks again
