Communication was very good. And the owner quickly went above and beyond to solve a coffee pot issue which we greatly appreciated. Enjoyed the canoe (though we did have to pay the yard guy to weed eat a 12ft path through 3ft brush to get the canoe to the lake), pool table, ping pong and foosball. Too cold to try the pool. Many spiders and roaches. Cleaning could have been much better. The bottom floor is divided into 2 sections with 3 stairs not shown in the pictures. The downstairs bedroom is very small. My elderly parents were hoping to avoid stairs but had to do the stairs to the top floor to a larger bedroom and the 3 stairs on the bottom floor. The biggest issue was having to wash the towels/hand towels/wash cloths, so no shower before bed or in the morning and wiping your hands/face on your clothes after washing them. High fee if you don't wash the towels... Like others mentioned, this should be covered in the cleaning fee. Caught a 2lb bass off the dock along with tilapia and blue gills. Caught several bass from the canoe. Overall had an enjoyable stay.

The neighborhood wasn't what we expected. However, it was very quite and peaceful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the pool and our overall stay here. This was exactly what we needed. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a get away.

Very peaceful lake house. Beautiful sunsets over the lake.. Plenty of room & things for everyone to do in the house. Fishing was great from the dock, and lots of different birds to watch. The owner (Greg) is very attentive to any questions or needs you might have. And Blackburn's BBQ a short distance away, is a must.
I just wish we could have stayed longer 😔

Our family loved this beautiful lake house, we celebrated our son's birthday here for Legoland and this house couldn't be any better for the family and kids. Will definitely be coming back!

The owners were very quick to respond to a couple questions that we had. We would return. Very close to grocery store and Walmart and lots of restaurants.

Communication with the owners was great… Check-in was easy… The facility itself is in need of quite a bit of repair… I saw a mold in the closets… Doors do not open and close properly… There were water leaks coming from the ceiling in the great room.. The pool area was broken up and did not feel safe with the kids by the pool… Foosball table ping-pong table pool table all needed repairing…. unfortunately myself and my family did not enjoy staying at this facility

We only needed to run it until the heat shut off automatically and it was perfect. We paddled around the lake in the canoe and the kids jumped off the dock into the lake. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of pots and pans to use along with a few spices and essentials in the cabinets. There is a Walmart nearby when you need to stock up and several places that deliver. When you stay at Eagle lake it feels like your staying at a friend's lake house, it's very cozy and comfortable. :)

This is our second year staying here and we had another great time. We didn't even shop for a new place, we knew where we wanted to come back to. We come hauling teenagers and this place is great for that. We found some nice new upgrades this year as well.
There are great spaces in the house where you can separate quiet book reading from the video gamers and plenty of games inside in case it rains. The pool area is wonderful and there really is no reason to leave, except maybe Blackburn's BBQ.
We got some really nice sunsets and the mornings when the teenagers are still sleeping is a great time on the back porch with coffee and wishing the early morning anglers good luck.
We did have a couple of small items that we broke on accident and talking with the owner they were real cool about it as we worked out the best way for us to replace the items we broke.

Eagle Lake Lake House
This place needs lots of renovation and updating. Most importantly, we reported how unsafe the french doors to the pool were, we found our young child in the pool when the doors were suppose to be locked. We found that you could just push on the doors and they would fly right opened.
