The condominium was perfect for our stay. It is nicely located close to the bridge with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, the bedrooms each have a nice bathroom, and the furniture is comfortable. The place was also very clean when we checked in.
The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The beginning tour with Kimberly provided great information. While we did not use it often, they provide a cell phone for the week to make it easy to contact them and make plans on the island. They also will arrange everything from flights from Belize City to the island to golf cart rental.
Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and the staff.

The condo was perfect for two couples. The place was well stocked (kitchen and bathroom), the location worked really well for us (just a short walk over the bridge to the main San Pedro beach area), there was a grocery store right next door, and communicating with the owners was excellent. We would definitely book here again.

My son and I stayed here for a week of scuba diving. Most importantly, Kimberly and Chad are OUTSTANDING property managers and make the entire vacation rental process as easy as pie from meeting you at the airport through checking you in to your departing flights and seeing you off. The property was clean and there were no surprises - very comfortable for up to four people.

The location was great, just out of the business of San Pedro but close enough to get a quick meal when ever we wanted. Close to stores to get supplies and Kimberly and Chad were great with recommendations (Dive guides etc) and organizing our golf cart for us. Great bang for your buck

Unbelizable!
This property was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, and great ocean view. The location—just north of the hubbub of town—was ideal. Kimberly and Chad were responsive and attentive to any questions we had, and by handling all the travel logistics from Belize City, they made it easy for us. The only downfall for us (and this is regarding the area, not the accommodations) was that much of the beach along this stretch is held back by a retaining wall so you cannot walk along and dip your toes in the ocean. I know, it was a minor thing. 😊

You can’t ask for a better location or better service from the management team. We have stayed at this location twice and Chad and Kimberly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They can arrange your tropic air flights, golf carts, tours, and even have your frig stocked with drinks for you! This condo is clean, comfortable, the pool and grounds are beautiful, and the location is excellent. There’s a grocery store just steps away and be sure to check out Coco Loco’s beach bar next door for drinks, great food, and friendly staff!

We have stayed at this location twice and Chad and Kimberly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They can arrange your tropic air flights, golf carts, tours, and even have your frig stocked with drinks for you! Beautiful complex + great hosts = Perfect vacation!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Tres Cocos!! Chad and Kimberly were wonderful hosts that made the whole process seemless! They set up our flight to the island, our golf cart rental, and even had beverages waiting for us in our refrigerator! The unit was clean and well appointed, with amazing views off of our private balcony! The grounds are kept up extremely well and everyone that we met in San Pedro were so friendly!! Be sure to pop in next-door to Cocos Locos for a beer and meet the owner James! We will surely be back again!!

Amazing stay...
I don't normally give reviews but our stay was too good not to share with others. First of all I cannot say enough about Kimberly and Chad, from long before our arrival to the very end it was an absolute please to deal with both of them. As I was spearheading a group of first timers to AC I had to reach out several times for information, not only did I receive great detailed responses they were usually within an hour or less. The property itself was exactly as advertised(a little better actually), we had a spacious 2 bedroom, great balcony with an pool and ocean view. The condo was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. They provided water(jugs), they also provided beverage provisioning which was very convienient to our group.

Best Sunrise View

Wonderful stay in Ambergris Caye
Great property in Ambergris Caye. Good location near restaurants and bars but just outside of busy San Pedro. Kimberly and Chad booked our Tropic Air flights, met us at the airport, arranged for a golf cart, had water and beer in the refrigerator, and took care of our luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property in a great location!
Kimberly and Chad were fantastic hosts. We arrived by San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi and Chad was there to help with bags and transfer to the property. The property was better than advertised, right on the water, very comfortable, quiet (concrete/block construction), and clean. We rounded up our trip here after 4 days of adventure in San Ignacio and were totally satisfied. If we return to Ambergris Caye this would be our first choice. Thanks again to Kimberly and Chad for making us feel at home and responding quickly to last minute reservation requests. Top notch service, a credit to VRBO!

Beautiful and Relaxing
These condo units are beautifully situated about a 15 - 20 minute walk north of the airport and the center of San Pedro, although you can find all the essentials in the stores, restaurants and Caribbean style bars within 5 minutes. Kim and Chad are wonderful hosts and met us at the airport with lots of information on the best places to satisfy our pallets, shopping and tour needs. In fact they totally arranged our favorite, all-day fishing, snorkeling and beach-side, seafood grilling event with Johnny, San and Carlos. The pool-side gas barbecue was perfect for grilling up some of the snapper, conk and lobster that Jose brought in to the condo's dock each afternoon (depending on his diving catch from his little boat that day). The grounds are perfectly kept and the pools are clean and delightful. We even enjoyed a swim off end of the dock but the good snorkeling is out further by the reef that you'll need a boat or kayak and somewhat calm seas to get to. It looks like all the units have a view of the ocean and it is most relaxing to sip your morning java from the comfortable veranda furniture as you watch the palms sway in the breeze. This place and San Pedro is a perfect spot to unwind. Be cautious about some of the many rentals far to the north, as it is a long bumpy road up there and I would feel quite isolated. You won't be disappointed with Kim and Chad there at the Landings.
