The Open concept Great Room has gas fireplace, with 65 " Smart TV in the great room. 40 " Smart TV in Master bedroom and 32 " Smart TV in the second bedroom. FREE high speed internet, WiFi and Netflix. Hardwood floors , All new appliances, Brand new King size bed (2019) in master bedroom, Brand new rollaway bed, Brand New Queen size bed (2020) in second bedroom, Brand new pull out queen couch/bed (2020) that sleeps 2. Unit includes dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, Keurig , cookware, utensils , plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses , linens, pillows, blankets ,towels and Washer and dryer. Communal swimming pool for guests 5 minutes walk. * Only operating from June till September labour day weekend * FREE SHUTTLE ( online reservation ) all year round or a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village, with shops, restaurants Activities and entertainment. ***Please note**** We do not allow early check in and late check out. Any late check out will result in a late check out fee of $150 and every hour after that is an additional $75. Cleaning time is very crucial for our cleaning lady. Only reason for the 4 rating is that information is out of date about parking and shuttle. Seems the parking passes aren’t necessary but the passes are still on the counter in the unit. QR code for shuttle doesn’t seem applicable but is also still in the unit or needs updated. We would rebook. The place is quite clean except for one area that I left a note about.

Beautiful Chalet, very clean and inviting. Loved sitting on the extra wide couch right in front of the fire. Very roomy and comfortable. The home came with so many things extras. Jill was quick at responding and was very accommodating. I would recommend this chalet to anyone that wants to get out of the city and relax in a very pleasant setting.

We came up on Thursday for a family wedding in the village on Friday and staying until Sunday. The place was immaculate and beautiful and fit our needs perfectly to a T. We were very pleased very happy and it was very easy to find and to get to. Thank you

Overall the place is nice, great location, wonderful pool and walking trails!! In our opinion the unit needs some TLC, some repairs are needed, couch was dirty, area rug smelled really bad, had to move it to the spare room. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (floor in corners need attention). Just more attention to the little things!! Other than that was a cozy place to stay.

We had a great time staying here. Great location and a nice property for our family to spend 3 days. The unit was as advertised, and the check in/check out process was simple. The one piece of feedback we'd give is that it would be nice to have some small essential toiletries there like soap for the shower. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Well hopefully be back!

The condo is located on the 15th hole of Monterra golf course. The owner was easy to reach and provided all the details required before arriving at the property, no surprises. The condo is very spacious and well maintained in a very quiet neighbourhood, nice back patio, all furniture and bed was comfortable.

My family and l stayed at this fabulous cottage style home. Very spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Access to private, resort style, heated, shared pool was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this home for those visiting Blue Mountain.

did the job for sure with being a good place to come back to and make dinner with friends at night after full days out. Everything was easy to find and did the job. The one note I'd leave is that outside on the front lawn when we arrived there was some litter (old crushed beer cans and some dirty masks thrown to the side of the walkway right next to the front door). Didn't ruin our stay though and it was a nice rental.

My daughter and I spent 5 days at this property. This was my second time here as my hubby and I rented it several months ago. The unit is extremely clean (and we are picky) and well equipped with everything especially in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable as is the living room furniture. It is a corner unit and therefore quite private. We had beautiful weather and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The owner is super organized and provides lots of information in a timely manner. We can’t wait to return. 👍
