This unit is a little smaller and is on the backside and has an alley entrance. There is also a larger condo, #446354 below, if you have a big group that has 19 beds. This unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is a double hide-a-bed in the living room. so this unit could sleep 6 if there were two to a bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glasses, etc. It has a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. The unit has a washer and dryer, wi-fi, and instead of cable it has Roku and Hulu. Parking is a carport off the alley. It is 6 steps down to this unit. Location is two blocks from a marina and boat rental, three from the grocery store, seven to downtown with restaurant and bars, two to a great breakfast place, and two to the Kwa Taq Nuk if you area having an event there. There is no reason to stay at a motel. This unit is over 900 square feet. Well designed with the bedrooms down the hall from the living room. A small dining room, dinner table is in kitchen. You have all the amenities as staying at home. There is to be no smoking in units and pets are not allowed.

We were not in a lake view unit, but we really just needed a good bed to sleep in. Beds were firm but comfortable. Clean and well furnished. Appreciated the air conditioning. Friendly greeting and check in. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you have a family. One place that sleeps everyone. A kitchen to cook in and a location you can walk downtown from. The beds need toppers to make them softer and another couch for enough seating. We would stay here again.

The locations was excellent and Dale was accommodating! The unit we stayed in was in the back of the unit, so we did not have a view, but all you needed to do was walk a block to take in the lake and mountain scenery. Quite and restful location....

While the tournament results were fantastic, the place we rented was as advertised. It was an adequate place but could use some updating. The microwave was broken, the bathroom fan was noisy, the mattresses were not comfortable. But at the price we paid it was better and less expensive than a motel.

Dale was very accommodating for our family, making sure everyone was comfortable. Communication with Dale was done mostly over text message and we were able to hash through most of the logistics of our travel easily. Dale offered great suggestions for dining and site seeing... we just couldn't do it all. Flathead lake and the surrounding mountains were beautiful, and I'm glad were able to take a day and explore the area.

Fantastic!

Fantastic!

A whole lot of space for a little bit of money and right across the street from Flathead Lake - literally! Went and sat on the dock in the evening and morning. We were preparing for a 50th anniversary party in town so was able to finish up the cooking necessary with every available pot-pan-dish right there. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. Thank You! We'll be back. :)

We had such a great time in Polson. This condo is in a great location, just across the street from the lake and a dock. The beds are very comfortable, it had everything we needed. Dale was very helpful and met us there with the keys which I really appreciated. It was a great experience!
