The guests can enjoy hiking, an onsite gym, sunbathing on the day dock, kayaking, boating, fishing, and swimming in the cooling lake waters. Our well-appointed kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to be savored with family and friends, while the large fully furnished Patio provides the ideal spot to bar-b-que, play outdoor games and cards while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings, even raining. Centrally located between Missoula and Kalispell, our two-bedroom, one and half bath condominium offers comfort, conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants, casino, and downtown Polson. The master suite features a queen bed, access to the half bath, washer, and dryer, while the second bedroom offers a full bed. The 3/4 walk-in shower bath is in the hallway. The living area offers a new carpet, split system AC, along with new kitchen appliances. The Condo complex offers an onsite gym for staying active during your stay. Whether you're lounging on the Patio, exploring the nearby stores, bakeries, bars, and restaurants, or venturing out for a day of hiking, boating, kayaking, or fishing, "Lake Place Condo" promises an unforgettable experience for all. Make memories to last a lifetime at your Flathead Lake experience. A conservation permit from the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes is required for hiking, visiting nearby mountain lakes, and fishing while on the reservation. Permits can be purchased at Wal-Mart in the Sporting Goods section. A permit is not required for recreating on Flathead Lake. GUEST ACCESS Shared onsite gym, day dock and lake/beach access. Full use of the covered patio. One assigned parking space below the condominium with steps to access the home. _________________________________ PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking: 1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park. 2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket. 3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING 4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket. 5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park. Our stay was great. We were visiting with family on the lake, so the location was ideal. The property was clean, bright, spacious, and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The welcome packet was such a nice touch as well! Only issue was that communication and payment was a bit clunky. We’d definitely stay again though.
