We loved the ease of checking in and how comfortable we felt in our room. We appreciated how much everything was so thought out at every turn.

In the heart of Tahoe City with access to everything. They allowed dogs, which was a great feature and often difficult to find a place that will accommodate.

The air conditioner was loud and didn't keep the room particularly cool. Kept me awake most of the night, turning on and off. It would have been nice to have open windows at night instead since the temperature in the summer is typically very nice at night.

The location is exceptional, right on the maint street, close to restaurants and shops, across from the lake. The room was cosy with mountain decorations. Lots of towels.

The rooms are a little dark, with no view at all. The room was not thoroughly cleaned: water stains on the sink and soap bottles like it had not been cleaned since last guest. Bed linen were clean but wrinkled.

The main thing as I liked the location. Just an average room. Clean enough

First of all it's not compliant for anyone with disabilities. We asked for a downstairs room because I have severe challenges with my knees and was declined. I was told that pets are on the 1st floor and I did not have a pet. So therefore could not have a room downstairs. No elevator so had to go up-and-down the stairs. And now i'm in a great deal of pain after leaving. I was also told I had the first room going up, and it was not it was all the way at the end. Secondly, our 1st day there, we came back to have a nice nap. And someone was scraping the roof we're and doing some sort of construction or fixing the roof. Obviously we didn't get to rest after a late night coming in.And that was disappointing. I feel like they should have either waited or not rented that room out if it was going to be a few hours of somebody working on the roof. We actually had to leave for the afternoon. Signs everywhere about the bears, to make sure that we put all of our trash into the receptacles, but they were locked and we had no way to find Somebody. To be able to do so, so we're a little bit worried about that. And had to have the trash pile up in our room. Finally, we did want some more towels and things, and there wasn't really anything in the cupboards that they they have there for us, to get our own supplies. Not that that's a big deal. Since it was sort of like a in the airbnb motel. However, it was quite low. There are better opportunities in Lake Tahoe, and would probably not go back.
