Pull out sofa and bed. The mattress is worthless

The door was stuck so when we got there we were stuck out of the room and it was freezing outside. Then our microwave broke down twice so all the money we planned to save with microwaveable food went out the window. Also our fridge was not cold it just stayed at a cool temp almost like a wine fridge.
Besides that it was a nice place and the staff were kind and helpful.

There was no breakfast during our stay.
none of the facilities were open the restaurants were closed, the pool was closed.
