La struttura ha un costo importante, ma offre effettivamente numerosi servizi: SPA e vasche idromassaggio, accesso al mare, cucina ben attrezzata, buona climatizzazione degli ambienti e un ottimo livello generale di pulizia, idromassaggio ottimo, vista mozzafiato sul mare in vari punti, cura degli ambienti. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la disponibilità dei proprietari, che non ci hanno imposto particolari limitazioni nell’utilizzo dei servizi. Molto graditi anche i piccoli gesti di accoglienza: all’arrivo abbiamo trovato una torta caprese e durante il soggiorno ci sono stati regalati del limoncello e della crema di caffè. Attenzioni che fanno sicuramente piacere e che dimostrano cura verso gli ospiti. --- The property is on the expensive side, but it genuinely offers a wide range of amenities: a spa and hot tubs, direct access to the sea, a well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning throughout, and an excellent overall standard of cleanliness. The hot tub was great, the sea views are breathtaking from several areas of the property, and the spaces are clearly very well cared for. We also really appreciated how accommodating the owners were, without imposing unnecessary restrictions on our use of the facilities. The little welcoming touches were especially appreciated: we found a Caprese cake waiting for us on arrival, and during our stay we were also kindly given some limoncello and coffee cream liqueur. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome and showed genuine care for their guests.

L’unico aspetto che ha inciso negativamente sulla nostra esperienza riguarda il servizio di pulizia. La signora è sempre stata super disponibile, cordiale e calorosa, ma abbiamo trovato un po’ eccessiva l’insistenza sulla pulizia ogni giorno ad orari arbitrari e per un bel po’ di tempo. Fa piacere ovviamente, anzi, tuttavia gli interventi duravano generalmente da un’ora e mezza fino a circa due ore e questo inevitabilmente riduce la nostra privacy come noi e ci ha trasmesso, purtroppo, una sensazione più vicina al controllo che a un semplice servizio per l’ospite. Una piccolezza, se si concorda alle 12:00, alle 11:15 non fa particolamente piacere ricevere visite… Per una coppia in vacanza, poter vivere liberamente e in tranquillità gli spazi per i quali si è pagato è parte integrante del soggiorno. --- The only aspect that negatively affected our experience was the housekeeping service. The housekeeper was always extremely helpful, friendly, and warm, but we found the insistence on cleaning every day, at somewhat unpredictable times and for quite long periods, a little excessive. Of course, having the property cleaned regularly is something we appreciate. However, the visits generally lasted between an hour and a half and two hours, which inevitably reduced our sense of privacy and unfortunately made the service feel at times more like a form of supervision than simply something provided for the guests’ comfort. One small example: if a visit is agreed for 12:00 PM, having someone arrive at 11:15 AM is not particularly pleasant when you are on holiday and expecting to have that time to yourselves. For a couple on vacation, being able to enjoy the space they have paid for freely, peacefully, and with a reasonable degree of privacy is an important part of the overall experience.

The location of the villa is amazing. Short walk to Marina in town. Great restaurants minutes from the house and a couple of mini markets and shops. Beautiful views of the sea from many vantage points in the house. Rooms were comfortable, house was well stocked with cooking essentials and toiletries. The house was sparking clean. So many amenities including two hot tubs, workout equipment, and sauna! The steps leading to the sea were amazing, and the outdoor shower fantastic! It was heaven. Host was extremely responsive and helped us organize transport, a boat excursion, and even a private chef to come to house and prepare an exceptional meal! Maria was so sweet and welcomed us with a cake upon arrival. She was lovely and made us feel at home. If we are ever in Nerano again would love to stay at Villa Flory!

It was perfect for our family of 4. For a bigger group be mindful that there are two shared bathrooms upstairs for the 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is a bit small but had everything we needed. Also be aware that Ubers are hard to book and transport is expensive in this town-just like in other parts of the Amalfi coast.

great location. peaceful! Nerano marina has great restaurants and locals. House was nice and had great amenities. take boat tours to capri and the Amalfi coast. super convenient. Driver we used (Eduardo) was fabulous too!

I’m nervous of in home elevators so I took the outside stairs. other then it was exactly what we expected and were looking for!

The villa is just a great spot to enjoy with family and friends. It is very spacious with a great spa area and many options to sit outside but also inside. Air-conditioning/heating was working very well. Maddalena and Allie were very attentive and answered quickly and with great solutions on all requests.
