The employees were very helpful, sweet and kind. It is very well located close to a metro stop. A decent size room compared to typical rooms. We were also lodging on the sixth floor and room 601 also enjoyed of a lovely balcony overlooking a rather quiet street.
Something very minor which we did not like is the mirror not being placed on top of the sink due to the angle of the ceiling. Making it impractical.

The location was amazing, 1 min walk to the station, right across from a Family Mart and in such a cute quiet part of Shinjuku. 15 min walk to the main Shinjuku area or a quick train. The bathroom was big and had a shower which we appreciated. The staff were friendly and the cafe downstairs is really cute.
The rooms are quite small which is to be expected for Japan and we are quite tall people. However we had 4 suitcases with us and we managed to make it work.

Location was amazing, quiet street but close enough to the train to get around Tokyo

The location was great
There was an intense smell of mould / damp and cigarettes in our room that didn’t go away. The room didn’t feel majorly clean but was okay. There was also a lot of building work going on that was very loud in the early hours of the morning
