The location, staff and the room we’ve got were absolutely amazing! It was near everything we wanted to visit and staff was very nice and talkative.
We could not think of single thing we didn’t like.

Very basic accommodations. Held our bags after checkout. Friendly staff.
Not as close to main Shinjuku as I thought it would be. Small rooms which are to be expected. Coffee shop had limited menu options.

The location was great
There was an intense smell of mould / damp and cigarettes in our room that didn’t go away. The room didn’t feel majorly clean but was okay. There was also a lot of building work going on that was very loud in the early hours of the morning
