About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $173 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A complete resort condominium located on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and are totally Gulf-front condos with all the bells and whistles. Enjoy many on-site amenities:, tiki pool bar, hot tubs kiddie pool, and a full-service beach with jet-skiing,beach chairs/umbrella complimentary for your stay in some condos... para-sailing, and sailing. This unit has all the upgrades. Nice and clean! This unit includes a stack-able washer/dryer for your convenience-- sleeps up 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony access with a spectacualr view of the ocean. It has its own bathroom with dual vanities. It has cable tv. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv. The living room has a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. There are 2 bunks in an out of the way area behind the kitchen table. They have twin size beds and are big enough for an adult. A full kitchen to prepare those fun meals when you not out dining at the many outstanding restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive to the Gulf Crest. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection. There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The refrigerator smells like fish so did the kitchen no ice turn up freezer and it made ice chairs in living room need replacement or fixed had a great time not fussing just to let you know also found pill under master bedroom chest thanks for the stay

Location, property and amenities were all great. The condo itself had so much space so that was great, but the cleaning and upkeep of the unit could use some help. All living room furniture needs replaced, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo so we mainly just sat on porch or slept. For the amount of cleaning fee I don’t think cleaners did there job. Floors were disgusting, you can tell the bedroom furniture (headboards) has never had a vacuum (needs attention). I would stay at this location again, but probably not this condo.

Ovder all we had a great vacation! The property description was pretty accurate. I don't usually complain but our condo was not cleaned well at all. the shower still had soap and hair ties left in it from the previous guests. I don't feel like it was cleaned at all! The air conditioning also wasn't that great. We would set the temperature and in a few hours it would be reset back up to 73. Not sure what was going on there. It was a great location and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Nice location and view but condo needed some updating, new furniture and a good cleaning. The chairs had no cushion to speak of. The sofa had plywood under the cushion for support. The lights had burn out bulbs which made the rooms dark even with the lights on. The floor was dirty. If you went barefoot, you feet would be dirty/nasty after walking on the floor.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and met our needs with 2 adults and 3 kids. Loved the amenities the building offered as well! We hope to plan another vacation here soon!

The view of the Caribbean from the balcony was "Fantastic", we enjoyed the sound of waves crashing on to the beach at night. The only real problem we had was the TV in one of the Bedrooms wasn't working and the overhead light in the mechanical room was 'burned' out where as we were forced to use our "Flashlite" app on our phones so we could see how to operate the washer/dryer, other than that we had an enjoyable time..

Me and my husband desperately needed this vacation. I spent the last 5 years as my parents healthcare giver. I lost them both recently, so I needed some down time. First the condo wasn’t clean, especially the floors. The furniture was worn out. The chairs had no support at all. We brought chairs from porch to set in to watch Tv. The beds needed mattress. Neither my husband or I could stay in the bed over a couple of hours. I even tried sleeping in the bunk bed. We both was disappointed and sleep deprived. We left early because couldn’t stand it any longer. Felt like we need a vacation from our vacation.

I thought the condo was great and my family had a great time. Elevators were quick and parking was easy. Beach access was easy, and pools were nice. We had a good stay. If you're a nitpicker, you may find a few small things but if you're a normal person having fun with your family, place is perfect. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and it fit us perfectly. Thanks

Positive: Loved the location, view, and the beach. The building felt secure. Two free chairs and umbrella each day were nice. Plenty of elevators to handle the traffic. The living room and two bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and good TV’s. Two big pools were nice. Close to area attractions. Negative: No one is present to check you in or out. You can check in by kiosk, but no way to certify time out. Couldn’t change the thermostat, so it was a little stuffy at 75 degrees. The security guard at the pool was overzealous about little things, such as not allowing an adult to have a plastic drink container next to the pool, but allowed kids to jump off the sides and throw footballs the length of the pools. At times, as many as six balls were being thrown, so it left little space for others in the pools. It would have been nice to have adult swim time from 8:00-10:00. There are not enough handicapped parking spaces. My husband needed one, and they were so scarce that they were always taken. There was no handicapped parking on our level of the garage. The living room furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Six adults and two children can sleep here comfortably with the pullout couch, but two bunk beds are in a tiny closet that adults would not want to sleep in. We would stay here again because of the beauty of the view and the wonderful beach.

Location is good, but definitely need to do a better job on cleaning, floor was dirty, not much of the sand, but no one mopped it for sure. Furniture also needs to be replaced in the living room. Kitchen cabinets had to cleaned before even touching it, mattresses were uncomfortable, bathroom faucets very outdated. Other than that ocean view is great!

We loved the location and the large balcony. Also enjoyed the spacious layout. The kitchen was nicely equipped with most of our cooking needs.
The only negative was the living room furniture. The couch was broken down and the three rattan chairs were oversized with flat cushions.

Picture perfect
It was such a nice surprise to find the pictures online showed exactly how this condo looked. The check-in was simple, the condo was beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. The management had been very accommodating in changing our initial reservations due to Covid-19 until it was safe to travel. We would stay here again. The only negative we had was that some of the chair cushions should be replaced as they are very "tired and worn out". A very relaxing stay - as comfortable as home.

The good, awesome view, spacious, well decorated, great service, enjoyed the beach. this is the second time we have stayed here and really like this condo. now the not so good... The king size bed could use a new topper, very firm but acceptable. The condo was clean but could use a very thorough cleaning. Ice maker works some of the time and provided enough for us but if it were in great demand would not keep up. deck could be pressure washed. In conclusion this makes two times we have stayed in this condo and even if nothing were changed i would and will stay again. Thank you for a wonderful week.
