About this condo rental
Nestled in Park City, this charming condo for $132 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Amazing location in Bldg. #2!!! Ski-in, Ski-out, on Slopes of Park City Mountain Resort AND a Ground Floor Unit!!! Beside the fact that our Snow Flower condo is ski-in, ski-out, what makes it more unique is its beautiful setting; right next to the slopes, but still nestled in the snow covered trees. So it has a secluded feel, but at the same time, it’s in the MIDDLE of almost everything. You can walk to Old Town or take the Park City free shuttle bus - stop is in front of the Snow Flower office. The bus system takes you to Park City, and the vicinity (including Deer Valley & The Canyons). Our unit is adjacent to the base of the Eagle Lift, Three Kings Lift and First Time lift where you can purchase lift tickets. Our ground floor condo is conveniently located just steps to the private heated ski lockers for you to store your ski/snowboard equipment. And the giant Jacuzzi is located just steps from the condo’s private covered patio. Our condo was fully remodeled with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and travertine flooring. We have the highest quality QUEEN Sized Murphy Bed enclosed in beautiful custom cabinetry. All the furniture, flat panel TV, fixtures and “youth sized” (5’11” x 29”) bunk beds are new. Sleeping Bags, reading lights, and plugs (for electronic games) are included in Bunk area . Our mattresses are new and all three beds have bed bug protective mattress covers. Enjoy underground parking with elevator access. Also included are a fitness center, free High Speed Internet, tennis courts and outdoor BBQ. Park city is amazing year round: in the fall the foliage is magnificent. Spring, Summer and Fall offer numerous opportunities for golf, tennis, hiking, biking, fishing, watersports, outdoor concerts/festivals, white water rafting and much, much more. Summer camps are also available for children. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location to the ski slopes and an easy bus or Uber/Lyft to downtown. Locker room was convenient for gear storage and just 20 steps away from the closest lift. Unit was very clean and had all essentials including laundry items. Murphy bed was comfortable and made great space in the unit when the bed is in up position. Will definitely rent this condo again the next time we visit Park City.

The interior unit is as described and pictured. It is equipped with everything you may need. The location of the unit is even better! From the locker room, you walk up some 5 steps, then maybe another 20 feet and there you are at the lift. On your return home, you ski back to the steps. It was superb! In fact, while we were still there, we rented it for next year's trip. Thanks Michael!

Our family of 4 (children 5 and 8) enjoyed our ski weekend at this condo. The bunks were cozy and great for the kids, kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts, and the ski school and lifts were an easy walk. Adults slept in the queen murphy bed which worked fine as well. Great stay!

Loved the location!!!!!! Pool & hottub were right off the back patio, gym was just down the hall. I didn't realize the condo was a studio with a pulldown full (my fault, didn't read the description good enough) but we still enjoyed! Bunk beds for the kids were perfect!!! Full kitchen and bathroom.

It was so nice to get up in the morning; make the family breakfast, then walk just a few hundred yards to the nearest ski lift. We skied six days in a row, it was GREAT! Our kids (12 & 9) enjoyed the built in bunk beds. My wife and I slept soundly in the Murphy bed nightly. The property was clean and extremely functional. We cooked a majority of our meals right there. Also, no need for a rental vehicle, since the chairlift is so close and the public bus/transit system easy to use. The property owners were very helpful & responsive to all our needs & questions. This place is a HOMERUN for a family with young kids. Already looking forward to coming back!

Nice clean ski in and out apartment
We had a nice stay at the apartment. The instructions were clear and comprehensive. The apartment is clean and well appointed. It is basically ski in/out which is very convenient. I should first say that I made the huge mistake of thinking that this was a one bedroom, even though it is very obvious from this listing that it is a studio. Not sure how I missed that but apparently I was a little too busy the day I booked. Regardless we were content to get cozy with such a great location.
Unfortunately our enthusiasm died that night on the murphy bed. First the pillows are absolute pancakes. The cheapest pillows ever and obviously over used. I found myself trying to use couch throw pillows every night. All of the bed linens are synthetic, if you are sensitive to getting hot at night you will definitely wake up sweating. One would think that if you have a murphy bed as the only option you would at least try to make it as comfortable as possible. The room is also heated by the fireplace, it cannot be on for ambiance only for heating. Thus, the fireplace turns on periodically throughout the night illuminating the entire room. There is also a smoke detector that flashes about every 15 seconds like a strobe light. The bunk beds that I assumed were twins are not- they are built in tiny beds, thankfully my children are very small still. Also, the dishwasher is obviously very old and needs to be replaced, everything was dirty and had water spots, I re-washed every glass and dish we used.
On the plus side the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with, and I'll say it again the location is awesome. I really hate to write a bad review but we were just so uncomfortable the entire trip and exhausted from not being able to sleep despite being exhausted from long days on the slopes! I would definitely stay in the building again but not in this room.

The location made our visit to Park City very easy. We never left the premises because the kitchen was well equipped. The bunk beds although very efficient would be difficult for adults to utilize but for children and young teens they were great.

Fantastic location and very nice condo. Bed was a Murphy bed so not the most comfortable, but otherwise everything was great! Literally walk out and on the lift!

The location of this property is perfectly located at the bottom of the Park City Mountain right next to the Eagle and Crescent lifts. We had a great stay and Jim and Sharon were very accommodating.
