Four of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. There is also a separate bedroom/den with a new queen sleeper sofa (we slept on 3 different models before deciding on this one). We also have two queen size air mattresses if needed. There is a crib room located off in the Master with a crib, Pack'n'Play, and 2 high chairs. ON-SITE PONTOON BOAT NOW AVAILABLE FOR RENT: This house is one of the only lake homes around Charlotte with a Pontoon Boat available to rent for the duration of your stay - No more need to pay $400/day to rent from the Marina only to stress out about getting it back before 4:00PM to avoid late fees. Boating should be a relaxing and fun experience --- Take the boat out when you want -- not when you are tethered to a reservation that may turn out to be a rainy day. This was the most common request from our renters so that's why I collaborated with a local Commercial Boat Rental company to give you the option to rent the boat at the end of our dock. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are very active in Charlotte. Other Things to Note: ***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home.
