Situated in Destin, this attractive condo for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Sundestin is located right on the beach, this unit is direct ocean front, it has 1 Bedroom, with a double bunk in the main hallway, that the kids will love, the living room has a Murphy Queen size bed and the balcony looks at the beach. This unit sleeps 6. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit, we also provide a Keurig Coffee machine with several different kinds of coffee. This is truly a vacation home away from home and we updated the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and much more. ( Note: Vacasa does not manage this condo! We manage our own condo!) Thanks for looking!

Had a great stay in Destin. This place had everything we needed for our stay. It is located within a resort condo that has easy access to the beach, great pools and a bar/restaurant. Close to anything in Destin that you want to do. Hosts and condo were great to work with.

Short little visit to Destin. Lovely stay. Accommodations were wonderful. Loved our balcón view of the ocean. Everything was perfect. We have already booked a return trip.

We had a beautiful view and a lovely stay in Destin. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have two children, 16 and 13 they had a good time however, I think it would’ve been better if the water was warmer and they could swim during the day but other than that Dustin is beautiful. The place was nice. We had a fun time.

You could see that the kitchen had been redone & was nice. Cleanliness was good. Bathrooms are very small, vanities have no counter space & toilets would barely flush. Bed is not comfortable at all. View was just ok, obstructed because of a roof of some sort.

Girls Trip! This unit was very comfortable for all of us! The beds are amazing, including the murphy bed. The bunk bed was big enough for a adult to sleep in, which was a nice surprise. We had a car and had plenty of parking, but we did utilize uber to go to the harbor for our fun tiki sunset cruise. The view from the balcony is amazing, and you feel like you are on the beach. There is a very nice and warm indoor pool, an outdoor pool and the beach is steps away. outdoor showers are available. This unit does have everything you could ask for. The washer dryer is an added bonus. The owner left us treats, candy and chips, and left a huge variety of kcups for your morning coffee! We walked to back Porch to eat. Its on the beach and has an excellent selection of local seafood. Blalocks, is a seafood market, and is probably half a mile away. call or order online and your food will be ready to eat as soon as you get it home. We had fresh shrimp and crab legs! Yummy

We had a great time at this property, had other family members in other condos rented through the on-site company that paid a lot more and they were nowhere near as well furnished as this one. We stopped at the store for a few things on the way and never needed to go again, since just about everything was provided by the wonderful owners. Sunblock, shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie board, pool float, I could go on. Owners also answered questions very quickly, I asked about the wifi, not realizing that it was on the paper the room keys came in, and was answered very promptly. There were no issues, there were lots of places to sleep, lots of blankets, loved the bathroom and a half, the in unit washer and dryer, everything was perfect.

Overall very nice. The owners have done very to improve an older property. They were very easy to communicate with. The condo gave us no issue, water pressure is low and the place is a bit dark but thats beyond their control. Deck has pretty good view of the beach. Loved the washer/dryer as well as the fact that they had coffee, sugar and cream with a little welcome basket of snacks. Even had several water bottles cooled for us. They had all the toys kids would need as well as a cart to hail back and forth. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs and the staff were very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay at Sundestin and the condo was just a described. Pools, on-site restaurant and store were great. One item of note, Beach Service (umbrella and chairs) is not included with the rental and the cost is $60/day.

My family and I recently stayed and it was just what we were looking for! The condo was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. You can’t beat the beautiful beachfront view especially early mornings with the dolphins. Paul was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Two things: 1. The WiFi is pretty slow and would cut out often but we were on vacation and enjoyed having time off our phones. 2. The ac can’t go below 72 which was an adjustment for us who keep our home super cold. We kept the fans on and that helped a little but wish it could’ve been cooler. All in all, if we are ever in Florida again- this will be our place! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A very good location on the 3rd floor and the room felt comfortable. And there was beach accessories included too! A canopy a cart for the stuff, some shovels and some bodyboards. Overall, the hotel was a very nice vacation stay place.

We had a great time. Only downside was that we wanted to check-in early, but the room was not ready, but we understand. The property is well maintained, clean, has beach equipment (chairs, boards, etc.), fully-equipped chicken.

The condo was wonderful! It was loaded with everything we needed, all we had to take was our clothes and groceries. Paul was amazing to work with always responded on a timely manner when I had questions before our trip. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to Destin. The beach chairs and wagon was a big plus, saved room in the car when traveling. My mom is 86 years old and can’t walk very far at a time and we was able to leave her wheelchair at home and Sundestin Resort let us borrow one for the week for free. Our whole experience was awesome!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the room. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! The only con was the A/C unit on the porch. I know it’s unavoidable but very loud and hot.

This was my second stay at this condo and this unit was awesome! It was exactly as it is listed. The beds were super comfortable! The property owner obviously does a great job to make sure you have everything you need. All we had to do was buy a few groceries and we were good to go..You cannot beat the view! It was amazing!

This property was perfect for our family. The views from the balcony were amazing, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal (including an air fryer and Keurig), and they even provided all the beach essentials (10x10 canopy, several beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to haul it all). The washer and dryer were perfect for small loads, and they provided laundry soap and dryer sheets. You literally only need to bring food and clothes, because everything else will already be here. We will definitely be back!

Property and owners were great! The view was amazing !!! Water and snacks the night we flew in were very helpful since nothing was open. We were a little far away from things like grocery store but we’re able to get Uber to bring groceries back. No Smart tv but we were busy while we were there! Would stay here again!
